Sir,
I wish to submit the following for your kind consideration and favourable action. Pls guide me that civil court (Junior Division) Ghazipur has ordered stay order on a disputed land no. 840 on 17/07/2003 in favour of mine as per case no. 407 dated 03/07/2003.After that opponent filed a case no. 48 dated 21.08.2003 in SDM court and court has changed the Bata no. of the above said land made since 33 years.Now opponent has encroached the same land on which stay order has been given which is effective till date.further application for complete case in PDF is attached for your ready reference.Now i am not getting understand that which order will be considered for the land.pls advice me. Thanking you sir,

Sit/Madam,
My father-in-law superannuated on 1/5/1993 from Bihar Govt Service (Undevided).
He died in Dec last year.
His PPO did carry a joint photograph of his with his wife but unfortunately the portions to be filled with name of spouse and nominee was discovered after his death,to have been left blank .
So her claim for family pension has been turned down.
Is there any means or process by which she can claim/receive the family pension.She is the sole eligible person for the said pension.

Freehold plot with Single Storey Bungalow in South Delhi, New Delhi.
Original Allottee(OA) purchased bare plot from The President of India in 1974.
OA Sold / Transferred it to Current Owner(CO) by way of a Power of Attorney, Agreement to Sell in 1987.
Conveyance deed in the name of the CO in 1997. All Stamp and Transfer duties paid.
CO Was married in 1978, in India, to an Indian. Both were Indian citizens at the time of marriage. Had 2 sons subsequently.
CO died intestate in 2013. Indian, but American citizen.
Heirs - 2 sons, Indian, but American citizens.
Divorced Indian, but American citizen wife in year 2000.
CO parents have expired. No other claimants.
What is the Procedure to transfer plot in the name of sons and divorced wife - OR will the transfer be just in the name of the sons, and not the divorced wife?
Is Transfer possible through Succession certificate or through just Legal Heir certificate?
Is any court fee applicable? What is the approximate time frame for this?

Please clarify whether in mutual consent divorce, If one petitioner is living in USA and mutual divorce filed in Delhi, Can Power of Attorney given by petitioner to his father, can appear and divorce can be granted,if petitioner do not appear on first and second motion.
Pls provide judgements,if any.

Hello,
I have a query regarding Lease Deed.
I have took a portion on Lease for my office and the Lease Period is for 3 years and the Rent is Rs.10,000/-. Now my doubt is can i vacate the premises as and when required if i get a office space below Rs.10,000/- rent. Or i have to completed the period of 3years.
Please suggest me.

HI I had booked a shop in Gurgaon with one of the reputed builders way back in 2011 and paid as per demand raised by the builder.In addition to the delay in construction the builder has also changed the location of the shop without informing me. Infact he sent a misleading letter informing me that the area of my shop has changed without mentioning that the location also has changed. I have been requesting them the give me a proper alternative or refund the amount with interest. They have given me some options of other shops which are worse. What are my legal options.
