m from delhi..
merried in 2004.divorce running from last 4 years in delhi court..and in 2012 i merried to another girl because i cant pay my first wife 50 lakhs...v(my and her parents) arrange secret merriage in somewhere in punjab..in 2012(second merriage...no pics...no videos...she is my childhood friend and we have a baby boy of 5 months) last week my first came at home and started drama...m paying her maintainence and all....
1) should i complain somewhere..
2) how to prtect my wife and her family from all this
3) she is threating...wht type of cases she can do on my new in laws...bailable or non bailable..
4) she was saying she will file and keep my new in laws behind the baars...plzz share ur experience i have hired advocate he is fighting my dv case..and no other case is filed on my second wife...may b she has filed bigamy in this week or next week...
my main query is how to protect and wht action to take whn she come home and make this drama....i have video of all that..abusing me and family...

I am FCA,LLM,M.Com. I am practicing as CA since 1996.
Now I want to practice as an Advocate . I regularly visited at KKD court 9.30am to 4.30pm up to 6 months with my friend Mr. Goswami's who is a well known Criminal Lawyer of KKD , but now I want to learn at Supreme Court , how may I approach any Lawyer practicing there ? I don't need any remuneration by them and I will regular and punctual.
Please advice.

Are there any decisions covering defaults of Sections 22 & 23 of The MSMED Act, 2006, as most of Public Sector Buyer organisations remain illeterate / ignorant / callous about such mandatory provisions to be complied with by their statutory Auditors ?

I bought a Flat in 2006 from the 2nd owner via a builder; but the society is not issuing share certificate.
The Society was formed & registered in 2008. All the owners have paid the necessary registration fees and stamp duty, as per law. I have been making all the payments including the society maintenance since August 2006.
All the documents submitted by builder to the society also has my name. The society name plate also had my name till few months back. Now last month the society changed it to the earlier owner.
However, it has been more than 3 years that i am following up with the society and they are not issuing share certificate.

Respected sir,
i have query that can i connect my drainage line connection underground through the common plot ?
sir in my society i have two door home , one in main road and other in common plot , my all the drainage usage like bathroom , toilet etc at the common plot side in my personal drainage well , now the municipality provide the drainage pipe lines in the society , but the society members oppose that you are not connect your drainage connection via common plot underground....
sir please give me proper guidlines for that

Dear Experts,
My Father (Aged 55 yrs) worked as a Security Gaurd in the month of Mar'14 (30 days) July'14 (3 days) a severe form of head injury that occurs when working hours & died on 10/07/14.
How much compensation I can get from employer his monthly salary was Rs.7500/- & is there any forms to apply for the same.?

hello sir,
one of my cousin DV case is pending in court, and the husband of her has file the visiting rights just to harass her so that she could give up the case.
he regularly threaten her over the phone and also sending regular obscene sms also.
now is there any previous cases where under these circumstances the court has reject the visiting rights to the father.
if cases reference is not possible then could you guide us how to get the case reference in such issues.

A publisher published my book a few years back . An agreement was also signed. The copyrights were mine. The publisher did not follow the terms of the contract and never made any payment as per the terms. Now I want the same book to be published by another publisher. Does the old agreement still hold good ? can I freely get the book published by another publisher ? Does the existing publisher have any right over the book ?
