b ) a and b incorporated pvt.ltd co. with equal capital :
b changed regtd. office and appointed his wife a govt. employee as director and retired A from directorship without information.
procedure/language/drafting/letter/notice/communication to send to the defaulter on behalf of client u/s 420 of IPC and recovery claim process/language/notice etc. and information to govt. department of wife about directorship in pvt. co.

Sir,
I have been directed to pay high litigation expenses by High court before or on next date of hearing to the Respondent complainant in quashing petition filed for quashing of chargesheet in which the state if the first respondent..The fate of criminal case has not been decided against me and Respondent complainant who is only the witness in the case and the High court has awrded the litiagtion expenses without disposing of the main petition and the next date of hearing is 20/11/2014 .I filed the SLP on several grounds against the interim order of the High court and the case was regsitered but was listed on 27/11/2014...in that case the purpose of filing the SLP will be defeated as any how I have to pay the litigation expenses before or on next date of hearing....in such circumstances what will be the remedy available
whether I could deferred the High court hearing date by stating the matter is listed for hearing? but it may cause double impact if the SLP is dismissed?
or any other remedy which could be helpful..please guide on this issue???

I've been married for 10 years and have 2 kids. I am very sentimental and soft hearted. I have elder sister whose first marriage ended up in divorce (mutual agreement / without compensation as we wanted to get rid of that guy). She is happily married from past 9 years and have 2 kids. My husband and his family took advantage of this and mentally tortured me. As a result i lost my first child one week before delivery. I had government job out of which these people used as an added advantage. very cleverly they used my husband against me to bare my own maintenance from my salary as well as for their monthly home expenditure. my husband asked me to take a loan from my office which i paid from my salary (I have bank statement). in that period only my sister-in-law purchased a new house and at the same time my father-in-law (who was still working after retirement) made a loan of Rs.45000/-. My father-in-law had a tendency to gift Rs.5000 in the year 2005 on her birthday and to her family, where my salary itself at that time was 7000/-. They hided my husband's bad habits and financial problems (he had nothing but a loan of Rs.5 lakhs before marrige). My sister-in-law (gift lover) and her husband, my brother-in-law and his wife regardless after taking use from me allways supported my husband in all his bad decisions and torture. when i openly asked help from all these people they proved myself in all these and spread bad roumers about me in relatives. After my in-laws death my husband who was rude to me by his behavior and bad words and doubting nature and had bad drinking habit and gutka, started troubling me so badly that at the end of every discussions we had he used to tell me to leave him (last 1 year). All these 9 years went in making me realise i am not a suitable pair for him, i am imperfect, i am ugly, i am not his choice, i have a biological problems etc. Seeing my father's condition in society and family after my sister's divorce, i took a challange to change my husband's thinking about me. I gave up my govt. job and tried helping him mentally and financially. He openly told me to leave him as he doesn't want to take the blame, and when i resisted he started brainwashing my kids. I have suffered for 10 long years, now he is making my kids mental, i came out of the house and my parents supported me. I am totally blank, i am 37 year old without any financial support. my father is a retired person is on pension. my brother and my father are supporting me. I want one time settlement as i don't trust my husband if i opt for monthly maintenance from my husband's salary. what type of case should i opt for so that i can get one time settlement? I have lost my health (at the age of 36 i was diagnosed B.P. and Sugar) mental as well as physical. 10 years of untold sufferings that too without right compensation for my kids who are innocent will be unfair. Please suggest me what to do and how to do?

Some Legal doubt realted to Civil case
1. What is the right of A if A bought the property from B in Y01? In Y03, one of his siblings C files Partation suit to B without making party to A. Y12 decree awarded against B.
2. Is this the correct way of fighting civil suit, asking court to declare the Title without asking for injection? Other party keeps on doing what he wants like putting boundary wall, selling the piece of land. How I can protect my right. Lawyer telling let title declare in our favor then we will ask from court to vacate the land.
3. Will be it any problem in future if I sell the land with taking this all consideration?

I have been dismissed from public sector job.Am I eligible for UPSC.I have cracked prelims.Please provide valuable suggestion as it pertains to my life.I would like to make it clear that I was dismissed after completing my form filling procedures for UPSC.

Respected Experts,
My father and his younger brother got Two loans in 1986 for buying a tractor(jointly).
On 1989 there was a partition ,during the partition the tractor was allotted to my father's younger brother and he was asked to pay the loans.
on 1989 my father got Jewel loan from the same bank individually .
later on 1992 the bank issued a paper notice that they bring the jewel for auction ,the loan persons and pay the full amount on or before the auction date.
my father paid full amount one day before the auction date
Then my father asked to return the jewels, the bank refused to return the jewels because my father is one of the party in other two loans for buying the tractor in 1986.
To recover the tractor loan they have filed the recovery suit in Sub-Court
During the trail of the recovery suit the court ordered to attach the tractor , in this situation my father's younger brother has given a agreement to the Court he will be the responsible for the said loan.
later the bank authorities failed to followup the recovery suit so the recovery suits are dismissed.
Having known this details i have filed a consumer complaint against the bank in
District Consumer forum that they do not have any rights to keep the jewel.
They have filed reply that my father is a chronic will full defaulter.
The district consumer forum denied their plea and ordered in favour of us.
Then they gone appeal for inordinate amount of delay the state commission allowed the delay without proper reason.
So we have filed revision petition on National commission , now the bank authorities were gone through the tractor loan records and now they have given no due certificate that there is no due in the said loan accounts.
My father fully paid the Jewel loan on one day before the auction date of Jewels.
And the tractor loan accounts also there is no outstanding , In this situation the bank told that my father is a Chronic Will full defaulter.
Even after paid the loan amounts full, without any outstanding.
1) Is it legally accepted that my father was called as a Chronic Will full defaulter by the bank.
my father got the jewel loan and paid full and the tractor loan also no outstanding, in this situation the bank filed his reply that my father is a Chronic Will full defaulter
2) Do i Consider this as deficiency in service by the bank.
Even though he paid full loan amount ,the bank spoiled my father's moral status and good image in the society
3)Will it comes under the Consumer law proceedings? do i proceed Consumer proceedings against the bank.
What i can do in this regard kindly guide me because my father is a illiterate innocent farmer so I am trying to erase unreasonable black mark on him.

Future employment of dismissed candidate
I was dismissed from public sector on account of disciplinary action wrt behaviour (on papers).I have cleared upsc civil services prelims ,the form of which I filled prior to dismissal.Kindly let me know if my candidature will stand cancelled after competiting UPSC.Is it wise to hide dismissal issue for any future employment.Please guide properly for it pertains to my life.
