Wife (Anupama Srivastav-Pune) has made a complaint in Pune Police Station, which was not Lodged in FIR merely taken as a complain. But very next day her father, who was sub inspector (Saryu Prasad Srivastav-Patna) lodged a Fales criminal case IPC 498 A implicating to all members.
For purpose of getting bail easier, I requested to Pune Police for Photo copy of the wife’s complain, but the concern person which was Asst. Sub Inspector has denied and later on the request he become agreed to give a certificate for proof of complain in Pune Police Station.
Later Opposite party ,who was sub Inspector (Saryu Prasad Srivastav- Patna) made a influence in Police and taken a written statement from Pune Police station that no certificate was issued.
Now, the Asst. Sub inspector Pune, who had given me the certificate, has denied in writing that he I have not given any certificate to me.
Again the opposite party has lodged second criminal “Forgery case under IPC 468, 471, 476……” against us on.
I visited Commissioner Office Pune, but no one has taken action in it.
I want to send the paper in Government Forensic Department. What is the possible way to send the paper without doing any complain ie on my personal approach.

I have been charged of IPC 279 and 336. I was driving in wrong side (hardly 3-4fts) when a traffic officer whistle I heard and immediately I stopped. I was asked to show license, which I immediately gave them. They asked me stand for sometime. Later took me to nearby police station and registered a criminal case against me under ipc 279,336,184. I begged them told I'm a comp engg final year student and all, but to vain. I told police officer that tomorrow I have placement drive, so I was given "on table zamanat" as they called it so. But in complain the traffic officer said that I was running unhearing their indication and they caught me. Also I was driving hardly 20kms speed that to very away from road,also that road is not crowdy(hardly 4-5 people). Still charged ipc 336(how I don't know?).
Police officers also didn't gave me any paper regarding FIR or CR report or any document whatsover. I was just told that they will call me or inform me for further process.
Please provide me with legal advice in the matter. Also I want to know will this affect my career/future jobs.

Sir,
I have filed one case related against my brother related with suit for possession and permanent injunction on the basis of GD in my favour and alleged my brother as licensee. I have acquired the ownership on the basis of GD executed in year 2000 by my mother in my favour and my brother alleged that he is residing in this property since 1973 and claiming adverse possession since then. However this property is undivided family property and my mother gifted me by virtue of registered GD in year 2000.Defendant (My brother) has taken adverse possession as his defense and also said that he is residing in this property since 1973 and having electricity meter in his name
Query is Court has framed an issue "whether DEFENDANT IS OWNER BY WAY OF ADVERSE POSSESSION (OPD).
My query is whether adverse possession is applicable in case of joint property and in blood relation.
Could you provide me any judgment on the same for detailed study?
Under which order to move an application under CPC to delete the issue

Dear sir,
My girlfriend cheated me in the name of Love. Now she is getting married another boy who is some more wealthy than me. That is the reason she is cheated me and her parents and my parents also knows that.
After 3 years of love, she suddenly ignored me and not responded to my calls and mails. That time i didn't understand what is her actual intention. And she made whole scenario such that because of her parents pressure she is ignoring me.
It was almost 6 months, In between i tried suicide attempt also because of this failure frustration. As i am 1000 kms far away from her place. I was unable to know the actual condition at her place.
But later forcibly i made her dad to agree my marriage with her but she is not agreeing, that time i came to know that she trying to cheat me all these days.
Now she is getting married soon. I am thinking to spoil that marriage by showing our pics, mails and chats to the groom family on the marriage day.
I would like to know that whether she or her parents can able to take legal action on me after that situation. Because i don't want get in to more trouble and also i don't marry such an idiotic girl. But i want to take revenge against cheating.
Please suggest..

Dear Respectable Seniors,
My advocate friend's client filed a Petition under Section 10 of Provincial Insolvency Act hereinafter called the "Said Act". Now, that client, before final adjudication, indent to not press the petition, since he settled the debts to creditors. now my questions is
1. Whether any leave has to be obtained from the court under section 14 of the said Act even for not pressing as settled?
2. Is the Withdrawal and Not press, of the petition has same meaning under section 14 of the said Act?
3. Whether the court can proceed, upon the objection raised by one of the creditor, those who did not produce any document to his claim or due so far?
4. When there is a equal remedy or relief is available to the creditor who is opposing the not press, whether can he ask for the appointment of receiver?

I need clarification whether tenant name can be entered in to revenue records as possessors when the tenant using the land as commercial.
