Proceedings before the joint collector

In proceedings before a joint collector involving family property, the joint collector did not allow us into the courthouse and only allowed the lawyers inside. The day's proceedings involved filing a rejoinder and some arguments before the joint collector. Is the joint collector permitted to keep the parties outside the hearing under such circumstances? What remedy do I have under such circumstances? Please do help.

I am residing in Chennai -Tamilnadu.
My child was born in Thiruvananthapuram on 19/01/2001.
There is a typo error in the name of the Father -- should be Venk"a"tesh instead of venk"i"tesh.
My Son's school wants this to be rectified to correct in there records as he is taking up public examinations.
Can I get some experts help from Thiruvanandhapuram to get this corrected. I do not have any known contacts there.

Order of family law

MY friend's wife has filed a case for alimony u/s 125 of the Cr. P.C in family court. Though the judge has not passed any FINAL ORDER to pay any amount so far, friend's wife has gone to another court and filed a case that no alimony has been paid to her. The judge who sat the hearing at the initial case had passed only a CONDITIONAL ORDER, that states that if the opponent (my friend) remains absent for two consecutive hearings, the judge shall pass the order to pay alimony. My friend was present at the hearings, but his advocate has turned hostile, so the wife is now charging false allegations, Please guide. Thanks

Name spelling affidavit not done

Hello Experts,

My uncle Mr. Vishwajeet Sarkar works in public sector. His spelling of the name was Biswajit Sarkar during his joining some 30 years back. After joining for last 25 years he started using the current spelling i.e. Vishwajeet Sarkar. Even the firm's promotion letter, pay slips have his current spelling Vishwajeet Sarkar. However he did not made any affidavit for the same. His all identity proofs, PAN Card contains the new spelling Vishwajeet Sarkar. However his PF account is on the old spieling Biswajit Sarkar.

What can be done to rectify this? What can be the process?

Regards,
Kumar
