Hi Ld Members, I have a proposal from the divorcee who is the hindu. Her earlier marriage was registered in Church and have obtained expartee divorce decree on 25 september 2014.
What are the precautions I should take before moving ahead with talks with girl side. Does it have any waiting period for the boy side to set aside the petition.
She claims that she has got the decree under sec 13 of Indian Divorce Act.

We agreed at muttley consent divorce with the agreed amount i.e 3.50 lakhs. they said we paid all the amount at once without waiting the second date i.e was after 6 month . we already paid rs. 1 lakhs in front of panchayat and balance amount paid in front of advocate(both the party)writing on plane paper with the signature of bothe the party's advocate instead of affidavit (becoz. our advocate said affidavit is not valid). my question is that in whole the process if that girls will not be came on the 2nd date, can we get divorce even after we give all the money to her & she will not came after 6th month to give her statement.

In terms of the Bombay Shops and Establishments Act, 1948, standing order is applicable to establishments having minimum 50 (and 100) employees. Please explain why standing orders are not applicable to the Indian Subsidiary? In case any notification exempting the applicability is available, please provide the same.
What standing order is referring ???
I would like to know what is the liability of accused on cheque issued for purpose of security.???

appointment of asst. govt.pleader
Hi Good evening respected experts......
Asst. Govt.Pleader will defend the Government. An advocated elected for the Municipal body and more particularly he is representing the people of certain area/ward for 5years of term to raise their voice only. In such a case Ward Member Post may not be a hurdle for the appointment of A.G.P, as usually A.G.Ps are nominated by the Government through Dist. Collector by the recommendations of ruling party.
Please clarify whether an advocate enlisted in the panel proposed for appointing Asst. Government Pleader in Andhra Pradesh prior to the election notification, later participated in Municipal Elections and elected as a WARD MEMBER is eligible as Asst. Government Pleader or not ?
