Regarding property will

My mother wanted to get her property will done and I had gone through an article where they specified the requirement of will and creating a will and registering it.

Now, I want to know if I want to get this done through lawyer then how much he/she would be charging. Is there any fixed cost or percentage or it depends on the property value?

Also, will the lawyer only get it registered and is there anything else i should keep in mind.

Winding up of a company with outstanding former directors' loans

Hello all,

If a loss-making private limited company has to be wound up and there are no other creditors apart from the loans given by current and former directors, can the company be wound up without the permission of the former directors?

The company does not have any remaining assets.
