We are 3 brothers and 2 sisters.One sister is childless and one is unmarried.My father died intestate .I would like to be clarified whether all 5 of us will get equal share in the house property left behind by father.If not,how the property is to be divided.

Yes...all are get 1/5 equal share if your mother is not alive....if mother is alive, she is also having right and then the share is 1/6

All legal heirs would get equal share i.e. 1/5 th if mother is not alive otherwise 1/6 th each.
