My mom and dad were going on two wheeler to metro station in between the journey there a car came from wrong side and hit the vehicle my mom got injury on her leg and my dads finger got cut and shoulder also injured and the driver ran away.We have given the cars number to police but no action is taken its more than 3months when we ask police to file case in court they just say that we will file tomorrow..and so so...
Also need claim for vehicle and the mediclaim.
Also want the person to be punished.

Pintu and Hetal are husband and wife. Pintu dies his family think as natural death but after funeral ceremony they got news from public that was a murder case instead of natural death. Family of Pintu now know the murderer but he unable to sui case because postmortem was not done on dead body

Madhukanta is mother. Gopal and pintu are son of Madhukanta. Both Gopal and pintu are married. pintu die and within 20 days of pintu's death his spouse got 2nd marriage. In that case if property is in the name of Madhukanta and if pintu's spouse case on Madhukanta and Gopal for property than what will law say

One of my friends past employer filed a criminal case u/s 420 a years ago but he is not principal accused.but till date police not provide charge sheet. Now my friend a govt job. What should he do ?

Sir,
Against the dues receivable from one of my client, he issued promissory note . He is not settling the payment. How to file a suite and recover the money? Can we file the suite Civil or Criminal.
If possible , under which section ?
The client is at Mumbai and he executed the promissory note at my Poona Office . The promissory note is in Rs.100.00 non judicial stamp paper and the same is not either registered or notarized. What is the validity period of a promissory note?

Dear Sir,
We Have a house of 1750 Sq. Ft. of Housing Board for last 35 years purchased by my father. We are 4 brothers and 1 sister. We 03 brothers live in same house and sister is married. One of my brother have left the house approx. 18 years back.
1. The property registration is on the name of my younger brother and mother.
2. My mother expired in year 2007.
3. Now my brother wants to sell the property.
My Query is:-
Q.1. Is he the sole owner of the property?
Q.2. We three brothers and sister are ready to sell the property; but one brother who left is not ready; does he have any right on this property. &
Q.3. Consent of whom will be required for sale. Can the brother with Registry alone sell the property?

Hello Repsected experts,
My late father had purchased a property in 1988, and registerd the sale ded the same year, Taxes, khatha, EC and betterment charges , building plan is all up to date with the authorities. However the issue with sale deed is:
1- The geographical directions mentioned in the schedule are wrong. ( i.e. what had to shown in the east, has been shown in the north etc...)
2- The sale agreement also has the same mistake
3- Buyer , Seller and the witnesses for this land transaction are not alive.
How can I rectify the sale deed now?
Your advise will be highly appreciated.
