SIR,
I AM LICENCEE(TENANT)OF A SHOP LOCATED IN KALYAN MAHARASHTRA.I OPEN A MEDICAL STORE WITH THE LANDLORD WHICH HE IS DOCTOR AND RUN A DISPENSARY AT ANOTHER LOCATION,BUT AT THE TIME OF LEAVE AND LICENSE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT OPEN A MEDICAL STORE AT MY BUILDING SHOP(WHERE HI IS RECIDING) AND I WILL OPEN MY NEW HOSPITAL IN SUCH BUILLDING.AND TOLD ME DO NOT GIVE ME ANY COMMISION FOR PRESCRIBE MEDICINE ONLY INCRESE THE MONTHLY RENT BYE 1000RS EVERY YEAR.INCRESE OF 1000 RS PER MONTH IS INCLUDED IN LEAVE AND LICENSE BUT ANOTHER CONDITION HE CAME AND OPEN THE HOSPITAL IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE AGRREMENT,ONLY VERBALY DICIDED NOW HE REFUSE TO OPEN A HOSPITAL NEAR MY MEDICAL SHOP BUT WANTED INCRESED RENT.THE RENT IN AREA(VILLAGE) IS 4000 TO 4500 RS.FROM JUNE 2013 TO MAY 2014 I GIVE HIM 5000 PER MONTH AND NOW I PAID 6000 PER MONTH SO THERE IS ANY PROVISION TO PAID RENT AS A OTHER SHOP HOLDER PAID RENT.NOW I REFUSE TO PAID INCRESE RENT THEN HE SEND ME LEGAL NOTICE TO LEAVE PRIMICES WITHIN ONE MONTH SO PLZ HELP ME WHAT TO DO

i have very long audio recordings about 10 hours . i am afraid that my wife would file 498a case against me. i have difficulty wrinting such long transcipts as many times the voice are overlapping.. are they required in the first report we file... can anyone suggest a easier way ot software to write them ... plz help required...

Dear Sirs,
I am one of the accused in 498A case along with my family. I could not attend the last date of 498A case. The court has issued warrant against us.
Kindly advise:
1) How to cancel the warrant
2) Do all the accused need to be present in court for cancelling the warrant.

MY QUERY IS THAT IN CASE OF UNTIMELY DEATH OF THE KARTA IN A HUF....AND WITH NO OTHER SENIOR MALE IN THE HUF....CAN THE WIFE ..COPARCENCER IN THE HUF BECOME THE AUTOMATIC KARTA ?
IF NOT...WHAT IS THE SECOND OPTION ?
CAN THE SON BECOME THE KARTA EVEN IF HE IS A MINOR ?

lower court gave me next appearance date in 498A case. Now court published holidays. my next appearance date is coming under this holidays.
What should i do?
1. Appear in court on that day (holiday)
2. If court not work on that day, when to appear in court and how to know my next court appearance date

tenant is in apartment ,not society
eviction suite and whole process costly,is there cost effective way?
1) He is not paying maintenance,rent and ele bill
2) he had quarrel with many members,will written complaint needed or sms or voice recording of complaint is sufficient

Raman,17 yo residing in govind puri dwells with in abusive atmosphere. His parents and his relatives are too mean, rude and possessive with him and I am his school senior. He has no good people to help him out execpt me. To solve this problem , would consulting Hotlines and NGOS like ICALL , Sumaitri work ? Do counselling provided my ngos normally work ? I want to save him from this abuse, he cant tolerate anymore . PLEASE ADVICE

If he faces such abusive he can straight away go to a magistrate and narrate his story and demand his protection rights from his parents and other relatives so that they should not ill behave with him. Court will issue a surveillance order to the SHO of the nearest police station to keep an eye on the relatives of the boy so that he should be brought up in a good and healthy atmosphere.
But the question is
1. How to reach the magistrate ?
2 Can one contact magistrate via phone or have to meet him personally ?
3.Does it requires fees to complaint to magistrate ?

Depreciation calculation schedule - ii
Dear Sir
We are using WDV Depreciation Method as per our Accounting Policy. Going forward also, we will be using same method of WDV for depreciating the asset. Below given is one example to understand the issue-
Asset Cost=22942
Date placed in service= 01st Nov 2009
WDV 40%
NBV as on 31-03-2014= 2482
Now, as per revised Rule (effective 01-APR-2014), this asset useful life is 6 years from date placed is service and salvage value will be 1147/-. We want to know what should be calculation methodology to depreciate the carrying amount of NBV 2482 over the remaining life of the asset using WDV method of Depreciation?
