I got engaged with a girl in last july and everything was going on fine. We were getting married in upcoming April and this inter-state and inter-caste marriage was taking place without any dowry.
But in November, I came to know that she has been lying about her job and her education from last 1 year. She was out of job and was not doing MBA from IIM Bangalore. Instead she produced fake identity card and report card to convince everyone. I don't have idea whether her parents know about this or not. But when I tried to call off the marriage, her parents threatened to file a dowry case(as far as I know, which can put my parents and brother behind bars), and they may also file a girl's molestation or something.
What to do in such situation?

Civil suit is pending in which plaintiff
filed forged documents ,
1- can I defendant file a criminal case against the plaintiff in criminal court when this civil case is pending.
2- if yes pl mention who to file

Respected Experts .. Good morning!!!
I am accused under false 498A case and chargesheet had already been submitted by the police. I believe the copy of the chargesheet which has been given to me is not complete and hence I wanted to apply for Certified Copy . My queries are :
1> Can we get the certified copy of the complete judicial File in 498a Case? if yes ? how can we apply for it ? is there any Particular FORMAT and Fees ?
2> Can we also INSPECT the complete Judicial File by Judge's Order ? If yes how shall we approach the Judge ? Is there any FORMAT and FEES for Written application to be presented before the judge ? If yes , can Accused himself do it ?
3> What if, the Certified Copy is denied to the accused ? Is there any Order or Judgement we can attach with the application for getting the certified Copy?
Since Iam not aware of the Court's working It will be really helpful if experts can give answers Point wise only

d v is going on me by wife. she now also not ready to leave house.it owned by me and bro.from 2 yrs bro stays in seperate in his another house. i and bro want to give this flat on rent . but my wife not leaving . i also ready to divide rent among me and wife. she not leaving in hope that she will move me out via protection order and will reside herself only.

If police people not helping local while killing and also police says to bodygaurd bouncer while attacking one local but police says to them in very low voice put it inside this knife now all locals knew that this police were not in support us they were been bribed from big builder now what can be done if one person fight for justice but builder won't allow him to do infact now a days that local person gets attack day by day from bouncers and at last he luckily gets save what can be done in such scenario please help us to save our local who Fights for right and also our hills due to which this fight going. All tree from hill is been cut after which this one lacal Complaint to big authority now whoever comea there for inspection they take bribe and shut there mouths and don't do anything.
1.Help us from police not taking action on them
2. Government people come take bribe and dont do anything.
3. Our green hill are getting cut for big project.
4. Bouncers beating locals who complains there against also one media person got bitten up after which he got bribe then on same issue got close few people from our village brought told them to speak no problem at of builder so this matter not poblished at last.

agar koi ladka dhokha deta h to uspe rape ka case lagta h yon sosan ka case lagta h or jab ek ladki dhokha deti h to kya kar sakta h ladka h sucide

jo usne paise liye the uska koi hisab nhi h kya
sir please koi to option hoga kanoon andha hota h use kuch nhi dikhta h to iska fayda utha sakte h paise hadpne ke liye to kuch kar sakte h
please koi kanoon janta ho to mujhe batao me kya kar sakta hu
plz mujhe answer kanoon ki kitab se dijiye

May i know what are the procedure to make very old houses where our family in ourself stay but it is not in our name bt now tha whole property sold to other person for big project so now we dont no how to make it on our name.

In a suit before the court, one of the party denies his signatures on the document, whereas the party has actually signed. Signatures has not been sent for any SFL test. Will the statement of denying party will be accepted by the court?
