July-2012, I gave Rs.10000/ cash to one of my colleague in need. We both were worked in MNC. I Asked him money several times, he said he'll deposit. Last year i moved to another company. After that i made several calls and messages to him but he never responded. When i called at the office number he gave me several excuses and those were not true. He once told me via whats app "don't worry I'll deposit". Now, he is saying that he never took money from me, he's still working in the same company. I don't know his address. He knows if i visit to the police they won't take action seriously for small amount or they'll ask me to come again and again. Even if i visit to the lawyers i need to pay big amount. What should i supposed to do? Should i call Police? Lawyer? Only evidence is whatsapp message.

Sir, Untill October 2013 five Security Guards were deployed by one Delhi based company i.e SNG Securities at our Govt. Institute in SIKKIM and our Institute would pay their salary to the company instead, from where these guards would receive their share. The salary that our Institute would pay was inclusive of EPF component and service charges etc.
From Nov 2013 the MOU between our Institute and the SNG ended and the Guards started receiving their salary from our Institute. The Institute being Govt. we did not pay any amount to EPF nor the Guards asked for it.
Now these guards want their EPF amount back.But the previous company is not ready to help them to get their EPF amount and all the time they says that their duty is to remit the EPF amount to PF office only. Though he has given their PF account no but they are unable to get the UAN no as the previous company has not remitted the EPF amount upto October 2013 as a result the website of PF office gives message that UAN can be generated in r/o of those who have contributed upto October 2013 only.
later on I helped them to fill up one withdrawal form and send to the Company with the request to forward the same with their recommendation to PF Office at South Delhi but they says they have forward the same.
When I asked the company to forward the acknowledgement of the forms so submitted then in return they says that no such acknowledgement was received by them.
Since these guards are working in our institute thus on humanitarian ground I want that let they get their dues from either PF office or the prev. employer.
But I am not getting any idea how and where to approach hereafter.
So please help to help these poor guards.

judgment and decree passed against dead person, i am filing appeal but i wants to know that the legal heirs of deceased has to be arrayed party in appeal. yes or no

In the month of Sep'14 my cousin,a social activist, tried to create awareness in public by way of hand bills regarding the fraud of Agri Gold company, collecting deposits from the pubic without RBI permission and preparing to turn the board soon by deviating the funds into their individual accounts.
On 1st of Oct the Agri Gold management fabricated fake cases on him and made him to jail for 14 days. After that he came out on bail. And fought for justice by way of sending mails to all the officials, RBI, CBI, ED etc., which ever he knows. And trying to file a PIL in Supreme Court.
Two days back the fraud of AgriGold came in light and the searches went in Directors' houses and the chairman is escaped.
Now the state government has handovered the case to CID. The news came in TV9 channel etc.
Now can my cousin file a PIL in Supreme Court against the fraud of AgriGold Farm Estates pvt.ltd
Kindly let me know.

Harassment charge
Hi,
I am new to this forum and desperately need some advice. I am an architect by profession and I have been practicing since 6 years. Recently, a fresh graduate joined our firm. I was polite with her, tried to help her when she wanted. In fact, I gave her one of my own projects for her to handle so that she may learn how to deal with clients, make proper drawings, etc. I even told her to keep the entire fees.
She agreed and I handed over the finalized design approved by the client, which is 50% of the work. All she had to do was make the elevation and visit the site frequently as agreed upon.
She used to make mistakes and I'd try to correct her, so that she may learn. But, she thought otherwise and disregarded my suggestions, for which I had to bear the brunt from my boss. To which, I had to be stricter and a little stern in order to get the work done. But, her attitude kept changing and I messaged her saying her to respect and show some gratitude.
Needless to say, she complained to the police for harassment!! Now, since I'm being called by the police in front of my colleagues and clients, most of my projects which was in the pipeline got cancelled.
Can she do that? File a harassment suit against me, when all I was doing was helping her. I might have used sarcasm but never shouted or touched her.
Also, can I get back for the professional image of mine that was tarnished with the accusation and the police coming to my office?
I shall be very grateful if you could please guide me.
