I want to know what should be the guiding law for division of property of a deceased intestate married male having 4 sons and 3 daughters before the enactment of Hindu Succession Act,1956 ?

when Constitutional validity of a statute is under challange before the High Court, can a dispute regarding the provisions of such statute can be looked into and made applicable by trial court.

If i submit POE(LUT) AFTER 6 MONTHS THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE CONSEQUENCES?
When we reimport the goods then when we will submit D3 form in excise?
If my original ARE 1 misplaced then how can i claim for rebate or POE?

Date of Superannuation: 31 May 2014
Salary as on Nov 1995: Rs. 5350
My present pension is Rs. 2010/- per month
My question is:
1. Whether pension given is correct?
2. Whether I am eligible for 2 years weight age?

We have dispute for a Wall and Case filed for those in 2008 by Petitioner. Meanwhile Petitioner (other party)send Caveat to us defendants). We have applied for Injunction. But for unseen situation we are unable to proceed.
Please advise.

I am kishore I have problem in selling my land can anyone guide me.Actually I purchased land in 2004 from a person and registration is done by that person so sale deed is having his name.when I wanted to sell now I came to know that in revenue records some other name is there and person who did registration his name is not there in revenue records.So how can I Proceed further to sell the land

I had filed complain against sec. of govt in nexus with ins co for corruptioncheating to govt poorest&meIPC420,468,471,406,166,167,114,120b,etc with all documentary proofs CJMFC after examining proofs ordered police to file FIR u/s156/3
Accused went to high courtwith petition 482& got ex parte interim relief with staying operation & implementation of order of CJMFC &further proceedings of FIR no.4/2012 till respondents(my&govt)reply
since 3 years the case is pending with noprogress
My all allegations are also confirmed in published survey done by prestigious world health organization
Vice president of ins.co also confirmed the crimes in toto in newspaper HINDUDNA
Govt own special investigation team of Ministry of labor (financed &floater of the scheme)Delhi with welfare commissioner totally investigated the truth & reported in written & con firmed my all allegations in toto.
I had submitted all such proofs with additional affidavit in my reply with all other proofs
From my cheated money they have given part payment of the same after. there by FIR/ crimes are accepted by accused
Sec & ins. co torturing me by not restarting my empanelment from the scheme there by not allowing me to give free treatment to my trusted BPL poor having RSby card to take free treatment from their trusted pvt.doctors(ME) for which govt has spent crores of rs as premium
My accused orally terrifying me that you will never be empaneled in the scheme tii you will not withdraw criminal complain/FIR there by not only defaming me but as Ican not offer free services in poor village ,Iam losing all my practice as99% of my clients are having RSBY card & its my moral /ethical duty also that I cant take money from them as they can avail free treatment on card else . Accused are defaming me giving mental ,economic moral torture to withdraw the FIR

There is a civil case against my father regarding sale deed agreement. I want to know
--Whether i, his son will be allowed to attend the court and affirm the evidence in place of my father?
( there is documentary evidence that i have complete knowledge about the case)
Any case we dont want my father to go to the box. Since, he is illiterate and not clever could be mislead.
What could be done to make court accept my statements in place of my father?
