Me and my wife are senior citizen. I have a son and a daughter, both are married. My son is divorced. He had given full custody of his only child to his wife with one time child maintenance. Me, my wife and my son were severely and continuously harassed by his wife which resulted into this divorce with a very bad taste in mouth. Me and my wife do not possess any ancestral property. Whatever property we have is all earned by me and my wife. In the wills which me and my wife are going to make we want to distribute the property equally between my son and daughter and we don’t want my grandson to have any claim on the property which we transfer to my son even after his death. Please advise us.

Now I am prey to court give 50% share his income for me & my child .
So please give me or send me all judgement , where court give order more 50 % share of income or same living of
Standard husband and wife .So we will strong my case .

I applied for Balance Transfer (BT) from DHFL to Bajaj Finance and is about to disburse. But now to process BT, Bajaj Finance requires NOC in their format which society is not ready to give. Bajaj Finance implied that if I can get the NOC atleast stating Society have no Objection for me to mortgage with Bajaj Finance then there will not be any legal issues. Society is not ready to give that in writing. Please suggest is there any law/byelaw/or under Society's act wherein I can show to Society Secretary / Chairman that it not wrong in giving in writing that its Ok for Society for me mortgaging with bajaj Finance.
Please advice on other alternatives/suggestion on way forward to get the issue resolved.

My Mother had 3 sisters in that my mother was the last child. My grand father (mother dad) dead and my ungle wants to take all property (land) to his name. So all of the 3 sisters are joined together and filled petiton against to him (before 10 years back). The High court was ordered to split across all the property by 1/4. So my mother had is one part that currently valued around 1 crore.
5 Years back my mother borrowed 40,000 R.s from third person (who lives the same city)and my mother handed over that court order judgement document (pattiram) to that third person. We don't know this. Other than this document my mother didn't given any legal document/ signed document to him.
Currently that third person is a big person (in political)
Now that person threadning my mother to register that property (land) to his name. We are sufferring lot because of this, and don't know what to do. We tried to consult some local lawyers but they are fearing to file case against to him.
Can somebody give me any solution for this. We already frustrated lot.
Please sir help me. Still I'm having faith in our court judgement.

I am performing as DDO and got many demands on late filing and short deduction the fault was made by the clerks they have not deducted proper TDS and not presented for the submission of the same.
Further I inform the matter to registrar and director they have denied to deposit the amount and blamed me that its all my fault.
I just wanted to know what may be the consequences for me. I am a diabetic and have hypertension due to these demands I have suffering with deep depression.
My grandfather had been living in a small village in bahraich district, My grandfather's three sons, he registered as a one agriculture land had one son, two brothers and everybody is seeking a part and say that he's refusing to both of you, I will not, Now my grandfather's has been death, Can you tell me how to get my father to that agriculture land

Need your advice on below issue.
My dad had purchased 2 flats from builder 15 years back he opted for home loan from ICICI bank and today we have paid the bank loan.
While purchasing the these flats it was stilt place and there was small builder office.
but once we paid the money to builder he build the flats and we did register the property as of today we get property tax and Electric bill on our name.
Note : In the CC certificate from CIDCO it clearly has the permission of G+3 floors
but society says this is illegal property and they are asking us to pay money to society
Kindly advise what should i do ?

The builder has delayed the possession. Can someone tell the liability of the builder? Can the buyer claim interest and compensation for the delayed period. Anything else the buyer can claim from the builder.
