Sir, Iam member of CHS at Mumbai.
I gave it on leave & license with agreement notarized for 11 months. I gave it in 2013 1st time with permission letter given to society.
Maitenance Charges is rs.600 accordingly rs.60.
Society sent me bill / demand notice to pay rs.7200 every year so for 2 years 14400/-.
society includes this amount in every bill they send me.
The letter is cc to "federation/registar/police station"
I showed MH GR that NOC is 10% only. but they did not listen & they said they r going to take string action against me to recover dues cause society has tremendous power now (97th amendment).
Whether they can take any action ?
Please suggest. How to handle such situation.

hi experts i have a query, i was in relationship with a boy for 7 yrs, later he refused to marry and forced me to convert into his religion as we are frm diff. religions, so FIR lodged against him under section 376,420,323,504,506,34 etc. he got arrested, but he got bail after spending one month in jail on the basis that it was mutual consent act, I am trying hard to get justice, after he came out,they all r pressurizing me to tke money and drop the case, one of the friend of that boy threatening me tht i should stop case, 2 NC also reported against her but i want to fight the case till end, state PP is saying go for bail cancellation , please advise me what should i do? cant i get justice as everyone is saying false promise of marriage is not rape, what about forceful conversion?can anybody pls suggest me any judgements related to this. thanks in advance

Hi,
I read in this forum that for property transfer within family the stamp duty is 1% subject to a maximum of Rs.4000.
Whats the definition of family here? Can I transfer my self earned immovable property to my brother and will this be considered family transfer?

The wrong-finalization of seniority positions of direct recruits as per R&P Rules is severely injuring my carrier as I am deprived of my due higher/equitable post, pay, perks and other consequential benefits for years. It is apposite here to mention that in service, the ranking of an officer in the seniority list is determinative of his all future career prospects. It is an index to attain one's reasonable aspirations and expectation and it must be decided strictly according to rules in force and should be kept certain and free from disputes. Keeping my seniority in captive abeyance is a hostile discrimination, especially when retrospective promotions are granted way back in July 2014 as Asst. Manager with effective date as on 02/01/2007, to those departmental non executive candidates were junior to me since last nine years. This punishment to me on being declared meritorious in the said competitive selection is surely a bald violation of right of equality enshrined in the Article 14 and 16 (1) of the Constitution of India.
Kindly Guide me as management has not responded till now.

in panchayat election of rajasthan ,to fight a election basic eqducational qualification was middle school pass. a candidate who was otherwise not educationaly qualified fought eletion on the basis of fake 8th pass certificate. can he be procecuted under ipc and under what sections

Hi.. I have changed my name legally by following the legal procedure ( an affidavit, newspaper publication and gazette notification) in India. I have couple of questions regarding this. I have submitted the original affidavit copy with the dept of publication. Now I have only the scanned copy of my affidavit. Now I have original newspaper copy and gazette notification but not the affidavit. Will it be a problem in future for not having the original affidavit copy ?

SIR THE COURT ISSUED NBW AGAINST JD TO DETAIN HIM IN CIVIL IMPRISONMENT FOR HIS FAILURE OF NON PAYMENT OF DECRETAL AMOUNT IN AN EXECUTION PETITION FILED BY DH AFTER THE SUBSISTANCE ALLOWANCE BEING DEPOSITED BY HIM UNDER ORDER 21 RULES 37 38 AND 39 NOW CAN JD DEPOSIT THE DECRETAL AMOUNT IN COURT THROUGH HIS COUNSEL OR HE CAN APPEAR IN PERSON AND DEPOSIT DECRETAL AMOUNT TO AVOID ARREST AND CIVIL IMPRISONMENT ? CAN COURT ORDER THE ARREST OF JD ON HIS APPEARANCE IN COURT AS ARREST WARRANT IS ALREADY ISSUED OR COURT CAN ACCEPT THE DECRETAL AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY COUNSEL OF JD AND CLOSE THE MATTER.

Re: sec. 498a of ipc
From last 5 to 6 months my married friend living separately with her Mom & Dad due to cruelty, not give permission to meet her Mom & Dad, relative, friend…etc & other issue with her husband & in law’s. And also they demanded money from her; She want to stay with them but they are not ready to take her their house. Therefore, now She want to file complaint under sec. 498 A. My question are :-
1.Is it requiring that at the time of filing complaint under sec.498A she should live with her husband as his house?
2.What is the time limit for filing 498A?
