Writ petition's dismissal

I was charged by CBI in criminal case in 2009 in Haryana in one matter of false/foreged ST certificate. i was/am working in government job in himachal pradesh. I filed one writ petition in himachal pradesh high court on the same matter in 2011 in which CBI was not a party. now criminal court has given me conviction. My office has submitted that order of conviction in Himachal pradesh high court.
Now my question is : Can/Will high Court dismiss my writ petition on the basis of conviction in criminal case technically? is there any escape?

Partnership

Dear Sir,

My husband & his friend started a business (Amul shop)in July 2014 in partnership. In November 2014 his partner gave resignation as a partner and now he is demanding the entire money put in the business by him (200,000)

My husband said he is ready to give 100,000 back but full amount is not possible and the money is already spent (rent + electricity + civil work + freezer etc).

The partner's wife is a police inspector and trying to pressurized by the local police station to get the entire money back. The police officer had called my husband to police station and now he is threatening my husband and if you don't give the money back he will file a cheating case against him.

Honestly we have not cheated him. This was his decision and he left the business.

Please advice aswe have been pressurized by the police inspector.

Regards,

Janhavi

Best move : crpc 397 or 482 ?

Dear All,

Once a magistrate issues NBW, could you please let me know which option as mentioned below is advisable?

1. Does the accused has the liberty to go for "revision' under crpc 397 in Session, since he/she could/has not received any official summon?

2. If 'Revision' is rejected by the Session Court, then does the accused has the liberty to go to HC with the same prayer under 482?

3. Should the accused go for AB and then simultaneously apply for QUASH in HC? Please advice.

Which is the best advisable move that the accused should take?

NOTE: As per my opinion, the accused should not take Bail, because taking Bail would indirectly involve the accused in the case and unnecessarily he/she would be harassed although though he/she is not guilty.

Thanks for your suggestions.
