Dear sir I am living in the zanghar village. Village panchayat has lost village map. Also bharuch DILR does not have this ghabhan patrak so where from I get thi village map (ghabhan patrak)

my father gifted me part of his property to me as gift deed,which is registered in court of law, dis property is sole owner of my grandfather and free hold property, this property was owned by him during partion of india pakistan, by his hard earning, this gift deed is made without knowlegde of his other sons and daughter, and rest of the property . he had made registered will, he is mentally fit and active at the age of 95, as all his expensive are incured by me .can anyone can challenge this deed or can u suggest anyother documents required to make my hands safe,

Hi,
Is it possible to convert Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) industrial land,which is on lease, to freehold land/ commercial land. If yes, What are the relevant clauses/references in MIDC Act. Apart from this, If this land is being subleased, is it possible for sub-lessee to use the industrial land for some other purpose for which such land was originally allotted.

Sir, Is it necessary to take permission from the society to give a flat on Leave and Licence basis (11 Months)to a Licencee?
Secondly, is it necessary to register such document if it is only for 11 months?

Dear Sirs,
Good Evening !
My friend is a clerk cum computer operator in a co-operative bank where he was rendered service of 4 years.He was number one as per the seniority list.
He had applied for study leave to join CA Article ship for two and a half years and the Board sanctioned the leave.
But, the management played a trick and issued a leave order for Extra Ordinary leave (without pay) for the above said period. He made an application to protect his seniority before he left for article ship.
During the last month his colleagues got promoted to the rank of Deputy Manager.
Now my questions are :-
Whether his seniority will be protected or not?
whether he will get the promotion or not?
What are the remedies available to protect his seniority and to get promotion?
Hoping for positive replies!

my father left a will giving the house to my mother.in that he has said that house cannot be sold and after his wifes death property can go eually to all his four children.now my question is
1)since we have not got the succession certificate/decree from court based on will property still continues to be in my fathers name .my mother says you get the mutation after her death.can we do that .also pl let me know whether my mother has to make a will in favour of her four children now .if not whether my father will be valid if my mother does not make any will and does not get the property transffed in her name.
2) can we get the property transfered in all four children name and my mother without showing the will .
3) how long one can keep the property in the name of person who is no more .what are the plus and minus points
