Dear Sir,
I am accused in a false case u/s 332,353,323,504 imposed by a policeman. Magistrate has issued summons on witness of prosecution but they are not coming for the last one and half year. So I request you kindly confirm that Magistrate can discharge me under section 245(2) of CRPC without evidence of prosecution or he has to wait for witness of Prosecution.
If he can and you have any case law on this point kindly help me out in this situation please.

my query is this if bahu living seperately and not inerferring day today life of in laws.and in laws have bad intention..inspite of this she is not interested in property...but her daughter is legal heir....and their in laws made publication of eviction delebrately...then what bahu have matrimoninal rights...can not she fight for dignity...my ques is this when bahu has no right on property.....when she has left the house when in laws broke the lock of room....she has cut off all the relation ...she is living with her baby happily ....after that delbrately inlaws creating nuisance in her life ...then what she should do????

My friend Mr.Rahul Kinikar, R\o Nanded.he currently filed divorce case against her wife on cruelty basis. He is a tax professional. He have no any ancestral property. before six years he purchased one plot his own name in his own earning. Today my friend question is her wife or towards her child anyone can get possession in his residential house. or they have any right in his property. he is ready to give maintenance to his child.but he is under confusion against her wife share in his property or not.
Please clear this doubt.

I got my blood checked for sugar after being advised by a doctor.The said lab is Jain Diagnostics Centre located at Mihijam,jharkhand.
When i got my report it was positive after having some doubt i crossed it from an another reputed lab after seven days there the report was negative.
When i paid attention to the first report i observed that it was not having any signature of a MD pathologist,secondly there was no registration on the report.Finally after my complaint and struggle for 7 months his license got cancelled which was temporary in nature .in the enquiry SDO clearly blamed the Lab but after so many complain they are not willing to file FIR against the Lab .
Sir please advice me whether legally a case for FIR is there or not if yes then under which section of IPC.I am fighting against this sort of fake labs cheating the customers.

मेरा एक सिविल सूट फॉर डिक्लेरेशन , पोस्सेस्सिओं एंड इंजंक्शन 2012 से चल रहा है और 2014 में एक आदमी(लैटे प्रॉपर्टी सेलर का भाई ) ने एक U/o 1 R 10 CPC, की एप्लीकेशन दे कर पार्टी बनना चाहता है, बेसिस ऑफ़ फेक एंड फैब्रिकेटेड वसीयत डाक्यूमेंट्स के दवारा |
ये एप्लीकेशन सिविल कोर्ट साकेत नई डेल्ही में लगायी गयी थी |
मैने वसीयत की सर्टिफाइड कॉपी तथा लैटे प्रॉपर्टी सेलर के बैंक सैलरी अकाउंट में सिग्नेचर की सर्टिफाइड कॉपी ( एक अन्ने कंप्लेंट में कोर्ट में बैंक दवारा दिया गया था) का एक्सपर्ट ओपिओन कराया तो पाया दोनों सिग्नेचर डिफरेंस है |
मैने एक कंप्लेंट केस मेट्रोपॉलिटिन मजिस्टेड के पास U/s 156(3) फाइल कर दिया, मेट्रोपॉलिटिन मजिस्टेड ने स्टेटस रिपोर्ट कंसर्नेद पुलिस स्टेशन से कॉल किया जहाँ पर प्रॉपर्टी है |

पुलिस अफसर ने अपनी स्टेटस रिपोर्ट में सब बाते लिखने के बाद लिखा की क्युकी अक्सोउसेड ने वसीयत नामा एक सिविल सूट में साकेत कोर्ट में लगाया है इसलिए ये कंप्लेंट उनके पुलिस स्टेशन के जुडिशल के बहार का है इस लिए इसे साकेत पुलिस स्टेशन में ट्रांसफर करदेना चाइये |
अभी आर्गुमेंट के लिए दो महीने का टाइम है किर्पया आप बतये ये ठीक है या नहीं ?

Respected Sirs,
Some of the vendors are not registered under Service Tax registration (we assumed that, the services are crossed more than Rs.9.0 lacs).
We are taking the services without payment of Service tax to the vendors.
Because that vendors are not registered under ST and not claimed the service tax amount on their bills.
Being a service receiver what is our liability....?
Please suggest me.
