If one person is director in 5 Pvt Ltd Companies and out of these 5 Pvt Ltd Companies, 1 Pvt Ltd Company has defaulted in filing balance sheet and annual return continuously for 2 and more years than whether that director will disqualified as stated in section 164? Further this director DSC is not accepted by MCA website while filing balance sheet and annual return of other 4 Pvt Ltd Companies.

Hello there, I'm from Jabalpur (MP) and my mother bought a flat in 1989. Since her financial position was not strong then she was asked by seller to regiater flat later on. In 1997 a deadly earthquake came in our city killing 5 labourers in construction site of our builder/seller. He was charged with some cases hence went missing. Now we are not aware of his location.
My mother is bedridden and has little time left to survive due to last stage of cancer hence doctor advised to complete all necessary documents etc at earliest.
Please tell what option I have now? The seller/builder is not available for completing registry process. How can we register flat now?

My client took a Loan against property from NBFC (Private Finance Company) for 10 years (120 months equal monthly installments) total Loan amt 20 Lac.
My client took loan 8 years back and his installments are going on time without any default.
My client contacted the NBFC to know the current Principal outstanding. My client was shocked to know the current principal outstanding is 17.5 Lac.
My client asked NBFC that after 8 years the principal amount should be much lower than this because he is making timely payment.
NBFC told him that the Loan was sanctioned on floating rate and as & when the rate increases or changes they increase the tenure of loan instead of Loan Amount. NBFC is also charging Insurance Premium from the installment and I never asked them for any House insurance from NBFC.
Now, the NBFC has changed the tenure to 25 years therefore principal outstanding is this.
Kindly let me know.. what to do in this situation. Presently the intrest rate is less even than they are still charging 17.25% per annum.
where to write the complaint against the NBFC and how my client can get the relief by the incriment in tenure of loan by NBFC. Please let me know the correct remedy of all this.

Our company (Farmer Producer Co.) got Capital Support From Govt Agency . when we allot shares to shareholders then it's shares allotted for cash consideration or consideration other than cash .

i recently joined a bpo company serco as a part timer CSA .My organization says to work for continuously for 5 hrs without any break is it possible to complain sumwere against such a behavior of the organization other then in the organzation itself. i have talk with my manager and as well as floor manager both of us told me if u have to work you have to follow this rule only as others are follow. as for me this is against the basic rights of human being. please suggest me sum solution

Sir kindly give information about minimum wage of an employee in private firm.
For example if a girl is working in consultancy company. She has told that she have to fulfil a certain target then she get 7000 rs if not then she will get 500 per customer. Jst think if she made 2 customers then she will get only 1000 that month. I think it is wrong,it is exploitation. There should be some minimum salary or not. Kindly help me in this.
If there is any rule kindly tell me I will read that rule

My cousin has 5 acres of land at ranga reddy district, in 2008 he took 5 lacs as advance from x, within 3 months Mr.x has not given the remaining amount. Now he is forcing him to take the remaining amount and registered the document to his name. My cousin has rejected the offer. But Mr.x with the help of brokers he gave some amount to my cousin's sisters. Now my cousin is in dilemma how to solve this problem, because his sisters have not informed him before taking the amount. Last year all his family members made a notarized affidavit stating that they are transferring the property rights to his name. Now can he mutate and registered the document with the help of notarized affidavit. please guide us.

Sir i find a lady in the court fighting divorce case with his husband like me...During court we have good freindship she help me in my case..bt one day she asked money from me and i give her 5000rs...bt now she refused to give me and when i call her she blackmail me if i call her she file police complaint and summit in my case...sir wat can i do...as a proof i have watapp msg of her...

Building plan approval
I have given a application for building plan approval of commercial shops to municipal commisioner. he has asked to me legal heir certificate by notary & family member certificate by thasildhar.he has sent a notice to me for these said particulars. I have all ready attached title deed & old municipal asst tax & blue print plan & plan fees paid also. I have gone to high court of AP. Court has given order favour of me. Court said those certificate are unnecessary of ap municipal act .now he has been pending my plan. He is favour of my opponent party ..now how i can get sanction order.plz suggest to me sir
