Case against genpact

Hi all,I have worked with Genpact for close to 2.5 years and decided to resign on 31st March 2015 after receiving my annual bonus for 2014 on 31st March.I agreed to serve the required notice period and everything seemed hunky dory until today where I did not get my Apr'15 salary because Genpact has decided to reverse my bonus payout claiming that I resigned on 31st march and that is their policy.I did go through the onl available document related to this which is my bonus letter and it states that if an employee resigns BEFORE 31st March he is not eligible for Bonus, but does not state "ON OR BEFORE 31ST" can anything be done about this please help as Im not sure how to proceed further.

Loan amount not being returned

My Husband demised in an accident in 2012.A very close family & business associate took a loan of 15.00 lac from me by cheque and NEFT in the name of his private limited company assuring regular Interest payment. This was usual and no formality was done. Now I find that he has resigned from the company and have inducted two new directors about a year ago, and himself act as chief executive with same powers as earlier. However that is none of my look out as I dealt on the basis of mutual trust and relations. But now he is not available to us, nor any interest and refund. He has also changed as happens with passage of time.I am on the verge of loss of money and interest.I am advised a money recovery suit which will involve deposit of some dutypayment and matter will linger on for years. Also filing a criminal case is advised for cheating, dishonest etc. someone advises both. Need expert opinion please.....

Case lodge u/s 66a of it act

In june 2013 chargesheet was filed u/s 66A of IT Act. The offense was that pseudonymous mails were sent from 2 cyber cafes. The trial started in a faster way of twice in a week of examining the witnesses. In October 2013 both cyber cafe owners came and deposed that the accused did not visit their cyber cafe anytime. from there onwards the trial became slow and no further examination happened since only the I/O is left. mean while the Hon. Supreme Court struck down Sec.66A of IT Act on 24th March 2015. Since the case was u/s 66A only and no other sections, discharge petition was filed on 25th March. Hearing date is given in May 2015.
