Respected Sir/Madam,
I had filed a criminal complaint in 2005 against x and y who had made a forged unregistered power of attorney and sold my land to z in year 1998 my advocate who filed criminal complaint didnt filed a civil suit for cancellation of sale deed but in year 2009 with the advice of other advocate i filed a suit for cancellation of sale deed of 1998 and in the suit the power of attorney and sale deed were sent to the handwriting expert and the report came in our favor that signature were forged now suit is for final arguments and one of the issue is whether suit is barred by limitation. can a issue of limitation is more important then other issues which are in my favor. can i take a defence that i had taken a legal a action in form of criminal complaint and my delay in filing suit be condoned...

can a private limited company declare one of its unit as NON PROFIT EARNING UNIT means directors of that company will not take any share/part from the profit earned by the unit?

Dear Sir,
Today I am going to write a serious issue about my life. I d’nt know if any person had face the same problem as I am facing today. The problem is with my parents. I am 24 years old staying with my parents. The problem is with dieting. My parents are vegetarian and I eat both veg and non-veg. I have to cook myself when I have to take non-veg food as they don’t touch non-veg food items. My parents wants me to stop eating non-veg but that’s not possible for me. I don’t like to eat only vegetables. The debate is going from few years. At first the problem was not so serious but now they always quarrels with me and I am getting mentally harassed day by day. They do not allow me to cook non-veg foods. I can’t believe this that my parents are doing this to me. I tried to make them understand several times but they are not ready to understand me. I can’t tolerate this anymore.
Please suggest me if I can seek any legal help and is there any law?

Respected Sir,
MY name is Prashanth, living in Bangalore City.
My wife involved in some un lawful activiities(to obtain false Certificates like Income certificate, Physically Handicap certificte etc.,)
After coming to know that, these unlawful activities are done by my wife colluding with her parents, I am being an Govt. Servant immediately started questioning about her illegal acts, she tried to commit suicide by hanging herself.
I immediately with the help of neighbours broke open the door and rescued my wife and admitted her to Hospital. I borne all the expenses to the tune of Rs.5 lakhs.
But hiding all these facts my in-laws filed a complaint in Police Station and the case is filed u/s 498(A), 307 IPC.
While submitting charge sheet to the court (ACMM Court, Bangalore) Police authorities dropped the 307 IPC based on facts mentioned in Medical Certificate and they submitted Charge sheet u/s 498(A), 504, 506 only.
In that charge sheet it is clearly mentioned that due to the continuous mental and physical torture given by husband(me) she tried to attempt suicide by hanging herself and there were no suitable witness to prove the charges u/s 307 IPC.
Based on charge sheet submitted by Police and the complaint given by my in-laws,
1) is it possible to file FIR against(u/s 182 IPC) my in-laws for giving false complaint? (for mentioning allegations like, I myself tried to kill my wife etc.,)
2) is it possible to file FIR against Police authorities for registering FIR(u/s 211 IPC)? (for regstering u/s 307 IPC)

Property Meri mother ke nam thi. Her death in 1999. In our family, we are four elder brother and three sisters. One elder brother (married) has been experied and one younger sister(unmarried) also experied. I am also married. Paper of the property under in my elder brothers. Do i have to obtain licence under Drugs and Cosmetics act to manufacture HOME MADE SOAPS
Does "Bathing Bar" Soaps which is performance base soap require any licence from Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
"Toilet Soaps" are ingredient based soap and they require licence under "Drugs and Cosmetics Act" But does "Bathing Bar" have the same requirement ???
