I was working with a public sector General insurance for past two years. Since past five months I am on Loss of pay as I have to give some other examinations. During these 5 months I have submitted medical illness certificate from a local government hospital to the company. ( i would like to mention that on the dates of examiation i wass medically fit) Now as I am selected in central government job I don't want to continue here & have therefore resigned by sending letter through Registered Post.
My previous employer which is a PSU is not accepting my resignation telling that You have to complete lot of pending works & You should submit resignation through proper channel. Some important points -
1) my previous employer has exploited me by taking a one sided Bond that in case I resign before 4 years I have to pay 1 year gross salary + training costs. (For the sake of job I have signed the contract but how are they asking one year salary in addition to training cost).
2) on various occasions I have been forced to work on holidays against my will & my leaves are denied by them.
3) I have suffered both mental & physical trauma as I do not want to continue in job but forcefully made to do so due to bond which I think is invalid.
4) Now they are again harrasing me even though I am ready to give bond amount & already given my resignation letter from the organisation.
5) Organization has not incurred more than 50k on my training & they are asking me to refund that amount plus one year salary that is total 4.5 lakhs.
6) I have informed my new employer Staff selection comission about it but they don't require NOC from PSU so I have not taken any NOC. Now SSC is asking relieving letter from previous employer which they are not giving, I feel totally cheated harrased by a PSU how can do like this to me.
Please guide me what to do for this .

I was driving wrong side opp our shop. Traffic police charged me with 279 336 184.
N in chargesheet wrote that i was running n they caught me whereas they know us since it happened infront of our shop only. I am a student n in tension about my future in regards with the case. Pls guide me.....will i get jail term or some fine will b paid n free me......pls help!!!!

I am selected in a good govt job.
I have taken coaching from delhi,
my rank is good and now in a ceremony coaching wants to honour me and cash prize.
Now the doubt is that
1.Is there any leagl problem accepting prize as I had sudied in that coaching and really a lot credit of my success goes to it ,coaching dont ask me any favor in return.
2. Should i give tax at this prize and what will be the tax rate.

Hello, my name mother's name is misspelled on my Birth certificate, HSC and SSC marksheet. However on my graduation and Post Graduation marksheets every thing is correct. Only mistake in mothers name on birth certificate, hsc and ssc marksheets rest every thing is correct. What should I do because i have to apply for jobs and also for passport.

My grand father brought property in my home town and sale deed on my grand father, my brother and my name.
i have a sister who is divorced and in living relationship with somebody. She is claiming that she has right over my grand father property. If they prove that my grand father brought that property after selling some ancestral property whether she will get share on current property?
she had four children and after divorce she never look after her children and those children are with their father till now. in future whether they can claim that they have share in this ancestral property?
If we brought some property after selling ancestral property the other people who has share in sold property can claim on brought property even their name not there in sale deed brought property?
and if we loose the case in district court is there any chance that we can go to higher courts?
and if somebody who has right on particular property want to release their right how can we get it done? with out re registering entire property?

This is not academic query.
In india every person has right to get legal aid if he is not able to present his case before the court.
If a person is eligible to get legal aid & his case run by legal aid & legal aid withdraws the suit with liberty to file fresh suit & thereafter legal aid fails to provide legal aid to person & as a result delay is caused to file fresh suit.
person helplessly filed his own suit in person but found that it is out of limitation.
There is no provision in the limitation act to condone the delay in filing of suit.
1. whether the period during which person could not file suit as he financially weak & legal aid fail to provide proper legal aid be treated as his disability & said period excluded while computing limitation period ?
It can be prove that legal aid fail to provide legal aid in time.
if it is not possible then
2. is it possible for court to condone this delay in the interest of justice by exercising exercising his inherent powers under section 151 of cpc ?

i have a query related with trade mark and domain name .
If a person invented a word e.g. "glatajo" also registered for domain name glatajo.com also registered this totally invented word in class 35 of trademark related laws for running a ecommerce website (like flipkart.com who sources product or xiaomi.com who not only manufacture product but also sale on xiaomi.com its earphone and phone cases)
So here is the question what is protection for the word "glatajo" and "glatajo.com" in ipr(intellectul property rights) laws so that no body can use this word in any class of T.M. Laws or in each and everything in this world. Because it is totally invented so there should be protection to the inventor of this word in each and Every class of T.M. laws so nobody can use it in other class. One more thing that domain name registration date is in itself proof of the invention date of the word " glatajo".
I'll be grateful to u if u could solve this out and give your valuable suggestions as our group of friends going to launch a ecom website for khadi products (soaps, cotten clothes, herbs etc. and much more) and we don't want somebody sale a car or mobile in the name of our invented word.
glatajo is merely an example word to maintain secrecy of our project. we want to source khadi porduct and sale it in our branding around the world. so in which class should we register our domain name and what word will be registered "glatajo" or "glatajo.com" and is getting trademark in india give protection around the world ?
