A buyer has filed law suit against the seller for money recovery. The seller has not received any summon yet.
Can the seller transfer property to his blood relative?
Will it be valid?

Hi,
I am fighting a case in the sessions court in Bangalore under IPC 506.507 and POCSO Section 12.
One of the accused is my wife and she has filed a transfer petition in Supreme Court asking for a transfer of the case.
The case is also against the state of Karnataka and she has filed this after 2 arrest warrants being issued in her name. She ran away during the execution of the 1st Warrant and then was arrested during the 2nd warrant but took a bail in her local jurisdiction on the condition of appearance. Now she has taken this stay.
The 2nd accused is her brother who is also absconding from bangalore in another case on him under IPC 420 and 406 and has jumped bail also and is the co-accused in this case.
Do i need to raise an objection in the supreme court as the state would already raise one?
Please advise. Also any lawyers here in this forum who practice in the supreme court and could help me out. ?

I sold my friends property by using his POA 14 years ago with his verbal advise..I gave full value to him without poof.the buyer enjoying possession of land until now by paying land tax in his name
Unfortunately now my friend has some dispute with me on financial matter.he telling the POA was wrongly made.so he will give petition upon me on the basis of wrong POA.
Actually he executed this POA from abroad.I didn't make any change in it.I just presented it in front of registrar officer and he allowed registration 14 year ago.
If now my friend make cheating case upon me,
How can I prove my side?what will happen to sale deed which registered 14 years back?
Can I get copy of POA which attested in 1996 from Saudi Indian embassy?if the changes happened by him,how can I take responsibility?
Will buyer take legal action upon me?

2. If ‘A’ has to sell finished goods directly to ‘E’, manufactured at the site of the Job Worker ‘C’ ?

I hv terminated Leave & License Agreement with my Licensee by giving him two months advance notice as per agreement. But he still continues to occupy the flat and I hv filed Eviction Application before competent authority. As the Notice period is over by a month, can I ask Electricity Service Provider to DISCONNECT the power supply into my Flat till the Licensee actually vacates the Flat? Can the Licensee lodge a Criminal Complaint against me if I get the power supply disconnected? Can the Police take action if the Licensee files complaint against me?

Our is a redeveloped Society having Original Members 21 and new members to whom the flat was sold by builders. Due to the lay out of the Building and main road and side road, the Bulder has provided 3 level multilayer mechanised parking. For each old members 1 level parking wass provided and sold out flats 3 level parking was provided duwe to high value flat.Because of the car width problems one member who is having three layer parking is not co-oprtating with the society and parking his tenants vehicle in the visitor parking slot. What action can the society initiatye against this member

Cpsu to spsu through proper channel
I am working in a CPSU and I was received a interview letter from SPSU with higher pay. This case I am not having exp. which asked by SPSU and I have not forwarded the application through proper channel can I attent the interview.
