My wife got back her home permanently because she can't live with my perents in my home but I can't afford that anyway. We got married just 1 year before in that period of time,I didn't identified any serious problems in my house. If things are going like this,I would like to get divorse...please give an openian....

wife filed Divorce petition so Is it mandatory to pay litigation expenses under HMA 24 under divorce case although not filed any DV 125 maintenance case yet as wife is working.

Dear Sir/Mam,
Good Day,
I belong to a family of three me my mother and sister basically a below poverty line family, I was placed in Bangalore in one of the real estate firm as a sales executive in the same track one of the banks offered me a personal loan based on my salary due to my family's condition I did took a loan of 1.5L where I was on clear track for the first two months later on I lost my job due to low company funds many were taken out hence I was in that critical situation that I couldn't pay any single EMI now Ive got an good offer in for Job in UAE were I have to apply for passport for that and I received a mail from the bank saying that my name will be uploaded in all the passport and visa authorities, please help me out weather I will get passport with this situation, deeply in depression don't know any ideas please help me out.

1- What is the process of registration? Is this mandatory for Practice?
2- IS BCI exam mandatory for practice?
3- Is this all academic documents required?

Sir in a suit for recovery filed by me the defendant filed affidavit in his defence and was cross examined by my counsel .In answer to a question the defendant denied signatures on w.s and vakalatnama also besides other documents such as pronote and stamp Paper and admitted signatures on affidavit and summons only.The judge after hearing defendant on denial of signatures on w.s and vakalatnama asked defence counsel wheather the defendant has signed or not on these two documents and was answered affirmative .The judge then said it seems that forgery has been committed either by defendant or by his counsel or by both of them.The case is now at argument stage.What further steps can or should be taken by me in my interest?

Dear experts, greetings to all of you !
I have recently had a very bad experience with a telecom sector company where I observed that this company sells its products to people in the area where they don't even actually provide services & on top of that, don't cancel the connection even after multiple requests for the same. This all has happened with me. I have further more facts about this which actually are completely against their social responsibility towards their customers. I can very comfortably call their behavior as "harassment". I visited this company's facebook page too, & see that it's not just me, all the same has happened with many other customers too who have cursed them on their page through comments on their posts.
I got so much disturbed with all this that I thought of filing a PIL against this company, because if they continue like this, they'll keep harassing many more people like this. But I don't know the pricedure at all. Can anyone of you become a guide to me in this ? I want to do this just for the sake of society at large.

i am accused u/s 376/417 ipc.it is pending since 2010.io deposited contradictory statement in court which totally mismatch wid complainant's deposition.i am having evidence the complainant is telling lie and io has deposited contradictory statement.can i file a complain u/s 195 or 211 ipc against the complainant at this stage?
can i file a complain u/s 219 ipc against io at this stage?
prosecution side is just delaying the case.

Hi,
Last year i have book a 2bhk flat in a slective wing in a reputed builder project and till date they have taken 25% of the money from me including service tax.
Now they say ur wing cannot be contructed and can be further delayed for another 9months or more so please take other optional flat in other wing / building.
The potion one is a small area flat and option 2 given by them is a higger flat so i have to pay the extra cost on that. So its not acceptable with me.
There is a contarct signed by me given by them and its states if the work dosent commence in a years time you can widraw ur money with 12% intrest.
Now they are saying we shall nt pay you intrest as we giving you and option but in the contract its not mention about the options the contract is for the flat and the building what i have liked.
Secondly they are saying we wont refund you the service tax paid by you.
I dont understand they have noy yet got the cc to start the work and if they fail why cant they refund me the money back incudingbthe service tax i have paid on the 2 intallments till date.
Would appricate if you can guide me on this.

Before village Talati ..The Mamlatdar approved the papers and Verify the Entry of Record of Rights.and one co-owner now become sole owner and occupier of property in Vill. 7-12 record..Now the questions are given below..
1.Is This Process exempted from registration act vide Registration act-1908 section-90(1)(e)?
2.Is This matter Hit by Registration act-1908 section-17(1)(a)(b)(c)(d)(e) or 17 (2)(1 to 12)
3. Can we say “Document if it does not create any right,title,and interest whether in present or in future,then it falls u/s 17(2)(v)” is applicable in this case..pl.Reply with ref. of judgments at earliest and obliged.
