Mr. A land owner and Mr. B. developer. Mr. A and mr. B. enter into Join development agreement.
There is necessary for registration and stamp duty of join development agreement . if yes what are the rate in Maharashtra.
If Mr.A Give power of attorney in the flower of Mr. B. it is sufficient as alternately all flat is sold to out side buyer some are by mr.A. and other are Mr.B. if yes what are the rate in Maharashtra.

Mr. A land owner and Mr. B. developer. Mr. A and mr. B. enter into partnership firm. Mr. A. introduces land in the name of Firm from his name at cost of stamp duty value as book value. Mr. b. introduces all other expenses such as legal approval, construction cost.
There is necessary for registration and stamp duty for transferring Land in the name of firm?
If Mr.A Give power of attorney in the flower of partnership firm it is sufficient as alternately all flat is sold to buyer.

Can anyone say whether any Rules have been framed u/s.44 of The Metro Railways(construction of works)Act,1978? If so, when was it gazetted?
In a case before the Cal. HC, the rlys. have claimed such a rule exists but I have not found them.
Also can anyone cite at least one case law where The Metro Railways(construction of works)Act,1978 and the rules have been used to acquire land for Metro Rlys?

Hi I want to know the process for obtaining the obc caste certificate - creamy layer. I am currently working as engineer in private firm and have income more than 6 LPA. However since the pvt company job is never permanant i want to add caste to my son's school data.
My native place is Banhatti , Karnatak State and i am currently staying in Pune. In my SSLC transfer only Hindu is mentioned. No mention of caste Namdev Shimpi. My brother who passed from same school has transfer certificate which has caste mentioned. My elder cousin brother has got OBC NCL certificate for his daughters admission as his income is less than 6 LPA. My father has passed 16 years back and some cousins and uncle still stay back home. But most of my cousins and uncles do not have leaving certificate.

mobile service provider has issued mobile phone to a subscriber without verifying the residential address. The residential address given was false, The subscriber misused the mobile phone connection by sending love messages to another man's wife. after some time he deactivated the connection.
the service provider conveyed to family court in divorce case that no messages were stored by them but complainant has materials to prove that messages are stored by the service provider.
does the above misrepresentation by service provider coupled with issuance of mobile connection with out verification falls under the unfair trade practices for approaching a consumer forum for suitable remedy.

Can somebody please help me to provide some kind of reference , judgement details, Supreme Court ruling or orders issued in 1999 for priority dosposal of Senior Citizen Cases. Also is there any alternate method to speed up our trail in lower court. Mine is a partition suit and i am the plaintiff. All the defendants in my case is old and aged above 80 years... Taking up directions by filing a writ in high court is a tedious and time consuming affair. Can somebody help me with a suitable solution please....

I am an ex air force personnel retired on 29 Feb 12 and joined bank on 17 DEC 12 . I want to know what are the components that will be taken into account while fixing my pay on reemployment in bank. Also please specify if DOPT circular dated 5 Apr 10 which is applicable for civilian employees, whose pay is debitable to civil estimates, is applicable to bank employees. Further please specify meaning of DOPT circular dated 8 nov 2010, last para which says" if the pension of a defence officer/ employee contains an element of MSP, the same need not be deducted from his pay fixed on reemployment".

A lawyer in my locality is threatening my family and misusing his powers. My father is a small shopkeeper, he is constantly putting false complaints in the police station, sales tax department, MCD, he also bribed an official to demolish our shop. He is not ready to compromise even after our various attempts. I desperately need advise as to what can i do to stop him. He has trapped us from all sides.
I think his wife's degree is fake. Can RTI help me fetch the authenticity of her degree?

My elder brother, 46yrs, unemployed stays with my mother in HUF property. My father & mother are living separately since 25yrs, so my mother is fully dependent on my brother for her cate taking.
When my mother visited me, my brother started an adulterous relationship with a 45 year old Nepali married woman who was working as a maid in house.
He's neck deep in affair now & wants property share even forcing sale of house in which they reside.
He's been harassing mom for money, threatening her that he'll being the lady to reside with him in same house.
He has an old history of harassing everyone, including physical abuse, esp towards mom but she's been tolerating him.
Plz guide me regarding:
Q.1: How can my mother stop him from bringing such a lady in house.
Q.2: How can my mother prevent extortion, and chances of physical abuse and also prevent property division.
Q.3: Neighbors are just watching, actually no one wants to help.
Plz help. I'll be very obliged.

Marriage registration / certificate
I have moved to US quite recently with my family I got married 10 years back but somehow I did not got my marriage registered in INDIA I got my passport and US visa stamping done on the basis of marriage certificate provided by Gram Panchayat in Himachal which seems to be not valid in US
I have seen an article in times of india saying that Delhi HC has approved marriage registration via video conferencing, I am not sure if I can take this benefit in registering my marriage My wife name is included in my passport and same vice versa
From the post I learned that we need to execute power of attorney in favor of my parents whom we have faith and same needs to be executed before the indian consulate
Does this mean, our certificate will have genuine registration number
Appreciate your response in helping us on the same
