to all the respected & learned lawyers,
i wish to know that is there any such judgement/circular which entails that a stay granted by hon'ble high court, even if time-bound, shall be in force if no unfavourable order has been passed thereafter or untill the court has specifically vacated the same?
pls. help me!

I am currently doing M.COM through distance education of a IGNOU well known university. I am thinking about doing B ED (regular mode) in Commerce subject.
I would like to know whether there will be any future problems related to legality and validity of the above-mentioned degrees obtained at same time. Will both degrees stand valid and be accepted by employers and other universities according to Indian Law?

My father retired from U.P Jal Nigam in 2008.Due to his prolonged illness he could not get his gratuity released and expired last year. Can I get his gratuity released now?
Also tell what sum of gratuity will be due to him and will it be governed by 6th pay commission?

The WILL though legally valid and executed it is unregistered without probate or legal heir certificate.

We have a property which we want to let out and register the lease deed.
The property is obtained by our mother through properly executed and valid WILL
of our father who expired last year August.
Query is:
Can we register the lease deed in our mother's name as"OWNER" and LESSOR with the TENANT as the LESSEE, without any other formalities or documents??

Sir,
I am from chennai.Im in love with a girl for past three years..girls parents were satisfied with our marriage at first and asked to take my parents home.Initially my father came to girls house and agreed for marriage.He asked to wait an year.girls parents were OK with this.meanwhile my father and my girl friend conversed through phone and we met my dad twice and were happy.after a year when we asked he suddenly started threatening girls parents that this marriage wont happen.We tried a lot to convince and he said caste is the problem.
Now if we go for register marriage he says he will kill girls parents and us.he is a politician and has all backgrounds.I dono what to do in this situation.he threatened girls parents more than three times..whenever i ask this he beats me and my mom is much stubborn of not marrying her..she also beats me.my words has no respect and i feel like hell.
now girls parent are trying to marry her to another boy..both are not supporting as now..My father will surely kill her parents if we marry..Is there any solution?

As per S4(1) of Power of Attorney Act 1971 POA can not be terminated...

Hi I'm from chennai and during the course of my college, I wanted to clear my arrear papers so seeked help from a student who told will help me out if I pay him so much amount of money. I know that what I did was illegal and no legal action can be taken. The person cheated me by taking my money and not doing the job. I've got audio and video proof of the person stating that if the papers aren't cleared that he would return my money back within a month but it's been almost half a year and I've been trying to reach him but he's conveniently avoiding my calls and fooling around. Can any legal action be taken ? Kindly help me put in this issue.
