shop is registered in the name of my father in law.

my husband and brothers in law running a general store in said shop.

Is said property is a huf property

what is wife right in huf property before and after divorce.

How to prove property belongs to huf property

what is the right of minor child.

In a HUF property, your husband and minor child will definitely have a share. The wife can claim maintenance from the HUF property (out of your husband's share).
to prove that the property is a HUF property, you should say that your father in law constituted a HUF with himself, his children and his wife and all of you are leading a joint family. please do contact an advocate for more legal advise.
