Dear Sir,
A policeman had registered a falls case on me in Oct 2013 and court has issued warrant to his witnesses and him also to present for witness but for the last one and half year no one is coming for witness even main complainant also not coming.
I request you kindly help me and guide me how this case can be dismissed and i can be discharged if witness and complainant is not coming after warrant.
Kindly advise me with section and judgement if any so that i could not be suffered if complainant also not coming for the last 1 and 1/2 years.

Sirs,
Can the plea bargaining be taken after conviction by trial court (ie. before the appeal at Sessions court) or, it has to be taken before the trial court?
The conviction is held for a period of 2 years u/s 406 (breach of trust) in a family property dispute.

Hi I'm young girl Bsc graduate, I recently got into an arrange marriage on June 04th 2015 with a guy from same community known to relative. This guy informed us to have a business set up abroad, was SSC pass, had a hair grafting / transplant done, mom died due to illness and father due to excessive drinking respectively. family in india currently consist of elder brother wife and 10 yr old son, grandmother and younger brother pursuing graduation. okay now my husband has been abroad since 2007 and I'm required to stay with him abroad. I honestly have married him due to a lot of convincing by my mom dad and my uncle aunt, I wasn't quiet sure if I'll fit the box since iI'm quiet modern by thoughts and also my upbringing. However marriage happened and within 40 days I found out that this guy and family lied about his
1. mom being dead, she is alive and I met her personally she fell in love with another man and left her house due to in tolerable beating and drinking for my sasur, all three kids were below the age of 15.
2. He wears a wig for his baldness and has done no such surgery as he n his elder brother told us. His hair makes me sick, I found that on the 11th day from our marriage as we had to complete religious things first.
3. At the same time when we got physical this had Been having suhagra, sildenafil and later on confessing it and asking him to stop he still needed a climax spray. I'm not sure if I should worry about this but he claims to be a Virgin, then how on earth does he know all these meds and also the fact that he is going to need them.
4. He failed class 5 twice, class 6 thrice, and class 7 twice post which in 2001 he took LLeaving certificate from school and never appeared SSC. HHis elder brother is a wife beater too and has about 3 nc under his name. My husband has given me so many instances that makes me feel fooled and cheated because neither is his family good and rational people. Neither is my husband broad minded, honest, rational and smart as he claimed since the time we got engaged till marriage took place. He has harassed me over tea, the gold that my family gave, forcing me to wear salwar and saree even when I go out with him only, as he says that's only in india.. He and his family mind me calling him by his name. I have confronted all with him and his family, after 2 3 days of persistent lies he finally excepted that he lied as he wouldn't find a right gal who was also ready to shift abroad with him and he liked me hence he lies so that me n my family say yes to be married to him. After all this nuisance my family expects me to forgive all and continue in this marriage. i have a lot of evidences proving his lies,, however after confronting he is willing to go and sit un jail as he said but he wont divorce me. I have told him that I may have reach out to court for a divorce directly if he continues to keep me trapped this way. i really need to know how I can proceed and help myself before I break down into depression and family pressure. I'm very ambitious and worked very hard for a very big mnc, I was 6 mths away from being a team manager at the time to took decision to quit and marry. I've lost my career I've lost confidence to move around in the locality I live in. I need help

sir, I wanted to ask as to what is the procedure to change the DOB in an expired passport. I want to change DOB from 11.1.1968 to 11.1.1967 as per my martriculation certificate. I have my matriculation certificate to support the change. My previous passport was issued from Mumbai. Now I have applied for a new passport in Ghaziabad.

it is since 1997 my father who was owner of property at ANDHERI WEST expired,thereafter my Mother Expired in 2007 as widow and Owner of the flat as per will of my father ! My Mothers name is registered in share certificate of Society and now recently my Elder Brother who harassed my Father/Mother/me & my wife as he was good for nothing and notorious person in our family ! My Brother have never intimated me or my parents viz My Mother & Father that he is Married so when he expired he was all alone and his body got Decomposed for four days ! Our Society;s Office Bearer called Fire Brigade & Local Police to remove Decayed & decomposed Body after his death ! So now the possession of my Mother;s Flat is with Local Police since last three months ! I wish to take possession of my Mothers Property from Local Police Station on completing their legal formalities amicably ! i do not have money to pay for advocate fees as on date i do not have my own home or shelter to stay with my Family ! Please tell me what to do as people other than my friends/relatives may try to to harass me for above by putting obstacles what ever way they can !!

Good Day to Everyone,
My great Grand Mother purchased a property in 1927 (2100 sq.ft.) in the name of Kanniyammal, and she lived with her husband, 3 Sons & 2 Daughters. After married of 2 daughters, they left out from her house. Her 3 sons were used the same house with his family, their name was 1. Sami, 2. Mani & 3. Pani.
1.) Mr. Sami is my grandfather and who has two wives. 1st wife has 1 son (after her died) and 2nd wife has 1 son & 4 daughters. (I am grandson of 2nd wife of her one and only son)
2.) Mr. Mani has 6 Sons & 5 Daughters
3.) Mr. Pani has 2 Sons & 1 Daughters
(Mr. Pani left out from the house before 1980. But, still he is living (alive) in the same city with his own house and his age is 92+years old.)
In 1983, Mr. Sami & Mr. Mani family has divided the house as 9 feet x 110 feet for Sami families & 11 feet x 110 feet for Mr. Mani families in vertical position. After the partition, both the families are using the house in the same manner till date. Now, my part house got collapsed. So, we are planning for small level construction of house. Because, my father was expired in 1986, after his died me and my mother were living in the same house till date. So, we are paid / paying property tax, water tax and EB Bill, etc., from 1980 to till date.
My question is :
1) Is it possible for any legal action from my cousin (Mani or Pani family members) side at the time of construction or in future? If yes, what kind of loss may affect or how to prevent it?
2) If in case the house may repartition again. How will part it? Were their Grand Father’s Generation (3+2=5 Members) or my father’s generation (1+1+4+6+5+2+1=20 Members)?
3) Or any Special Acts (Indian Law) is there to retaining the same house. Because, I am living with my family in the same house more than 30 years.
4) Else, how to get my part of house / asset legally?
Please give your kind guidance to live with that house with my family further and future.

Withdrawal of sarfaesi notice and possession notice
Respected experts,
Bank has issued notice under sec 13(2) and possession was taken as per section 13(4).6 different property was mortgaged to bank but in notice only one property was mentioned and bank took symbolic possession of only that plot.all six plot are adjacently located .bank is not sure about the demarcation of the property taken in possession.Borrower has appealed in DRT against this action.my query in instead of all 6 property if only one is mentioned in notice is the notice defective in nature.
