Hi sir actually I owned a plot in 2002 and the power of attorney is there with me but that the plot was not natp so registry was not going to happen but now the plot dealer from where I have owned plot he is saying I will also how you will owned that plot so what can I do for this

in one of the cheque bounce case relating to the year March 2008, the accused is not appearing since 2011. The court issued the arrest warrants since 2011. But the accused is managing the police people by paying money and with the influence. We are unable to manage the execution eventhough tried hard. He is doing business and happily roaming around in the city. The accused is in Bhubaneswar and the warrant is issued to Bhubaneswar police. The case is in Vizag and in final stage (reached in 2011 itself). We met the police officers right from CP to ASI but nothing happened. Pl advice the options / actions available to us in this scenario

If a drunk person made a bogus call on 100 number, then should he plead or contest his case,
he made the call regarding a suspect as a thief, because one day before a theft were made in his home, and the suspect was found late night in front of the house.
therefore person made the call on 100 number, but the police made the case on him u/s 107/51.
now whether should the accused plead guilty, or contest.

we have 2nd floor with roof right. and the people on 1st and floor and ground floor do not have any objection in constructing the 3rd floor. can anyone from adjacent building come and interfere in contruction of 3rd floor? although when they constructed there building while constructing their fourth floor their wall fell on our roof damaging many items on our roof including water tanks and pipings. but we did not complained of that?
so can they obstruct us in moving ahead?

not provided drinking wAter by builder
I have purchased flat in Mar 2014. Building completed in 2013. However drinking water not provided by builder. We all member verbally did follow up with builder.
While purchasing flat he said that there is wAter provided by munciple corporation within month. Process to get wAter Wil be completed within month.
But still he could not provide drinking wAter to us. Now he to ignore us
Can we file case on him.
Is there any chance of getting positive result
