Delhi Govt website says--
"Are You Aware That ‘Agreement to Sale’ is Now Required to be Registered"
Then I made some research, found that perhaps it is mandatory for agreements where possession is transferred at the time of Bayana/ earnest money otherwise not mandatory.
But I am still not clear.
Kindly guide me whether 'Agreement to sell' is essential in all cases or only in the cases where possession is transferred at the time of bayana.

Hello Sirs,
My Mother's brother (maternal uncle) has sold Agricultural land way back in 1995 after the death of my Grand Father in 1993. Grandma also expired, 4 year back.
Grand Father has 6 daughters and only son (my uncle), recently he came to us asking my Mom to sign on documents for the land which he has sold. And this is upon the fact that the person who bought the land need the signatures of all the 6 daughters of my Grand father (My Mom and my maternal aunts).
Do we have to sign this documents and for what purpose they need the signatures of My Mom and Aunts.
Please explain Sir..

Sir a company naming "Adson4wheels" has taken money from us for placing add on our vehicles as "adson4wheels" and security, in return they gave me cheques worth amount same as I have paid them. They also signed Agreement . now the company is untraceable and they have switched off phone no. There website "adson4wheels" is still active. I deposited the cheques but were bounced back claiming "drawers signature incomplete/differs/required"
Sir kindly help me but to do there are many sufferers of this fraud

I have water leakage from the floor above. Do I have to pay for fixing it or it is the responsibility of the person living in the flat above.

The will had been registered in Delhi.
Probation is mandatory or not?

Sir I bought a shop with clear title and this shop is registered on my name. I did construction work on it and wanted to avail loan on this but the brother of person from whom I bought has put stay on this claiming this shop was registered on his name. Where as as per records of property it never belonged to him. Sir I wanted to start my shop as I had put my entire earnings to buy and modify it. I have to take bank loan to put items. Kindly advise what to do. As local lawyers are not specialist and asking me to wait n watch

 I am an old man.My son stays at Hyderabad.He already owns a car.Every 5 years his company gives him a new car and he can gift his old car to his near ones.For this purpose he wants to send the car to Kolkata from Hyderabad.But as he is very busy he cannot come personally to vehicle registration office for change of address to Kolkata.Whether the Motor Vehicles Department accepts any Power of Attorney for change of address.
This is not a case of sell and buy,KEEPING THE NAME OF OWNER SAME,My son has got necessary Address Proof at Kolkata,as he originally belongs to Kolkata.I want to know whether Power of Attorney is allowed by Motor Vehicle Dept for car registration,if the concerned person is not present in person.If so will you please guide me regarding the draft Power of Attorney for this purpose.

Dear Expert,
Can a Co- Landlord who is not directly collecting rents from tenants ( on whose behalf,without any attorney power for the same, another Co- Landlord, his brother is collecting the rents and furnishing him quarterly statement of Rent receipts & property maintenance expenses ) in an unpartitioned & unmutated tenanted property file an eviction suit on any of the tenants for reasonable requirement. The jurisdiction is under Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Respected Seniors,
I need a help from all of you regarding resignation from a company. There is a notice period of 3 months to get release from a company where I work. But at the same time it has an option to get release immediately if an employee pay his 3 months basic pay. I have resigned from my post on 26th Aug on a short notice period till 15th sep. I also said that i am ready to pay 3 months basic pay. but they are not releasing me. How can i take action against it and get release from the company.
the reason for release that i put forward are as follows:-
1st: My father is getting weak day by day due to the operations he had in past few years (leg operation, stone operation , spondalysis, ) and because of the age.
2nd: My fathers eye operation is pending and need to be done as soon as possible.
3rd: My mother is a psyciatrist patient and is not able look after my father and home's regular activites without my fathers involvement.
4th: My father is telling me to come back to my home town. as they need my support.
5th: I work in kolkata its 7 Hrs far from my hometown, I cant help them niether financially as i get very low salary nor physically in there day to day work.
6th: I got a job in my hometown through some reference which i need to join by 16th sept. if i dont join there by 16th sept then i may have to lose the same. if i dont do that job then there is hardly any second option for me as it is a small town and there are no such big companies..
even after having several session with my manager and hr, they are not releasing me .
Please let me know what are the legal steps that i can take against it. as per labour law, industrial dispute act , human right act or any other act.
