I received a cheque which got bounced and I did not send a legal notice to the issuer. Its been two months now. What action can I take. Please advise.

Hello everyone sir.
I live in nagari municipality chittoor district Andhra Pradesh. My ward Councilor having construction new building he is enroach the road 4 feet . I has lodge the complaint against him but municipal commisioner has not taken the action . I want to go high court its stay is come ?

Namaskar Experts! I belong to Haryana. My father has 5 siblings (3 male & 2 female). One among them is unmarried and is living with us. He has equal share of 2.5 acres in ancestral land (excluding females). The KHEWAT/KHATAUNI is still combined. Now he wants to transfer his share (ancestral) to my name. Though he has full consent but his other siblings are not agreeing. I fear that they will try to challenge it either now or after demise of my uncle (age 78 yrs)
1.Please suggest me the best option to get it transfer in my name or
my mother's, father's, my wife's or my son's name i.e almost non challengeable after demise of uncle.
2. A Release deed executed in whose favour will be the best and immune amongst me (age 25) , my wife, my father, my mother or my son (age 2 yrs).

I have joined hospital and served as doctor for more than a year under fixed salary basis. The hospital has not released my salary till date.
Can I file case under consumer protection act. Are employers or doctors come under consumer protection act?

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
My name is Mohammad. I have a query. I worked in a BPO and due to some issues in my family I resigned because I was to leave for my native place. However, I resigned from the organization and I was able to select the releaving date for the very next day. I had a word with the HR for the notice period, however the next day my card was blocked and my employee ID was also blocked. Now it has been 10 days and they have yet not accepted my resignation. Now I am not able to join any organization. I already told my team lead that I am ready to pay whatever amount is needed to pay. I am still not getting any response.
What should I do now? Could you please help me out with this issue?

One of my tenant has defaulted in paying the monthly rent Rs.360/- as per English calendar for consecutively for three months can I file an ejectment suit against him ?

I am a J.E.in state electricity dept my dept file a fir for not depositing money taken from consumers on the basis of statements not having a single proof. And this all done due to hottalk with officer for not taking action against whom I find gaban of 6 lakh rupees. They make him govt evidence and apply same allegations against me. And cancelled my anticipatory bail in session court. And now I am applying in high court . what are chance s of getting it. And how my lawyer should proceed case so I got success. Also suggest further action. They mentally tourcher me and from last three months not giving me my suspension allowence. I am in probation. Total allegations of 3.76 lakh. I have statements of 2.33 lakh in my favour before my suspension and he now given statements against me.

Nokia cheat
I purchased a New Nokia Device paying 38,000 in July 20th then in August 11 When I saw the device was heating up, loudspeakers not working & more over the display screen was thrilling I send it to service center on 11th August.
Since then Nokia playing with me saying they are fixing & fixing. Time pass stuff & I am tired & I don't know what to do.
I approached a local lawyer, he asked me 2500/- to file a case in court. What should I do ? What is the best way to get justice ?
I am okay with paying that much of fees, but can It be recovered with Litigation fee from other other party when the case is complete ?
Any guidance will help.
