Can any one tell me d procedures for filing bail for offence in section 380 and d fees to be charged by a lawyer for the same

Recently I have filed an civil case for injunction order and I have received a status quo order from the court immediately. Whether there is an chance for me to get an temporary injunction in meanwhile? Because the position is in defendant side. Please give me suggestion.
Note: This is regarding temple.

Dear Sir,
We three partners got retired from a partnership firm and two continuing partners bought our partnership firm. Now there are two continuing partners.
We did not pay the gratuity since all the employees left 2 years back taking there PF and salaries.
As per the attached release deed are we still liable to face any legal proceedings by labours. or it will be a liability to continuing partners...

1. If the builder is notcompleted the 100% development and handover the layout to urban authority then first owner can perform the sale deed to second party without getting NOC from builder?Whether Vendor is required power of attorney?
2.An agreement signed by me and vendor for purchase of ready built flat in layout from vendor with part payment of Rs.5 lakhs transaction .In agreement vendor specified that the schedule of property is with electricity,water,sanitary and road connection.But vendor unable to give the water connection bill and telling that water will be serve by private party on need basis.And also not ready to give the NOC and no demand certificate from builder.When on line I checked land record it shows the entire layout land is in builders name issued for residential development.Only house is registered in vendors name.The entire original copy of property is in bank under loan and the copy of the agreement made between vendor&builder and other records are not given for verification also. Now the agreement due period is (3 months) completed.
I served a legal notice to vendor that I am ready to purchase with all required original documents.
but vendor has replied the original document is lying at bank and no NOC/ NO DEMAND CERTIFICATE ,NO WATER & SANITARY CONNECTION Documents available.Now I want to file case at courts of law under cheating and waste of my time/interest of money under penalty clause applicable as in agreement.Vendor has agreed and signed to clear all litigation and claims otherwise penalty shall applicable. Other than this any other method ? Vendor is not ready to give penalty amount Rs.10 lakhs.

Hi,
One of my friend got Decree of Divorce last week. She noticed that in the Decree, so many details were given i.e. kind of her divorce, her petition detail & other details but neither at the top of that document Decree Sheet was mentioned nor it was signed by the honorable judge by whom the judgement was done. Only the stamp of the judge was there on the sheet.
Now, she is worrying whether the Decree is Genuine or not.
Pls. help how to check the originality of the said Decree.

A Co-Operative Society registered under West Bengal Co-Operative Society Act, has sell the plots of land through the lottery among its members. A member has bought a plot of land this way. He has mutated the same in his name in the local municipal corporation books.He has got sanctioned a building plan through the same municipal corporation.
My question is (1)can this person sell the flats constructed there at that plot of land to the multiple peoples.
(2) will that sell be legal
(3) can the flat purchasers will mutate the flats in their name with local municipal corporation
Please suggest.

Sir I did my 10th class and 11th from same school after 11th I left the school and took admission in another school outside my city with a contract with school that they will mark attendance and same time I went Delhi for medical exam prep . I complete my 12th and now I completed my MBBS too .
But now when I was getting my degree of MBBS came to know that later school from where I did my 12th shows in record that I also 11th from their school .
This thing give me panic . its been around 8 years of 11th .
What should I do should I hide this fact that I did my 11th from my previous school . as later one didn't ask tc for admission . kindly give me suggestion what to do .
At that I was minor didn't aware about consequence .

On 2007 Agreement for sale was made in 5k stamp paper and draft of 40k was paid by me on maket value rs 668100 ad stamp duty with consideration value of 1lakh and balance amount before possesion as term and condition.then i paid full dues to the promoter due to some problem i was unable to make sale deed anf registration.now i want to make conveyance deed and register.landlords are ready to sign but the promoters telling the firm dissolves and they cannot sign.plz suggest

I a resident in Surat,Gujarat
I had given my flat in Surat to a family 5 months back
Unfortunately,I had given the keys before the agreement was made as I was out of station
They have paid only 15 thousand as a deposit and failed to pay monthly rent of 5000 since the begining
When I tried to evict them verbally they are not ready to vacate and make sign the agreement as well
Please guide me how to go ahead as I am stuck up??
