My father name has been wrongly printed in 10 th memo so I got the same mistake in all my certificates
I asked our school principal they said that it has been corrected but not uploaded by the respected authorities
Please suggest me the legal proceedings for this

sir,
i am manager of departmental canteen of a govt. factory and the employees engaged in canteen is govt.servant and serve canteen facilities to industrial workers.
my query to you that the departmental canteen providing:
canteen service
07:30 t0 0900-breakfast and tea
0930 to 1100 hrs tea,snacks and lunch
1230 t0 1330-snacks and tea.
duty hours of workers of factory is 0630 to 1500 hrs hence i think the timing of canteen is unfair as per working hours please suggest the ideas as per factories act.1948

Dear all
Kindly help me out in a situation where I purchased and got delivery of my new car today and in the evening I met with an accident and my car got damage heavily ...I was given insurance of bajaj allianz ....when I took car to dealer for claim it suggested me to wait for RTO tax payment once we receive the RTO tax receipt we will put it to claim......kindly help me what to do

My neighbour filled a case against me under under section 323 & 504 from court 156/3 with some different policeststation which does not belong to my area.Its all fake.Now court is issuing NBW and case is pending from last 10 years.The other party has criminal background and I am a visually impaired person and well educated.Kindly guide me.

We had registered an agreement regarding a property owned by my father and his two siblings. It's a commercial property and as per the terms of the registered agreement the eldest sibling will use the commercial property but in case the Sibling rents itout to a third party then the rent will be shared by all the original owners.My Father has just come to know that without changing the name or the function of the commercial property his siblings has given apart of the premise on rent how can we compel the Sibling to come out with the truth

in the case of 420 the Accused is arrested but now is on 1 month bail on medical grounds. But he is selling his properties one after another. Can v appeal the court to seize his remaining property for the sake of recovery , if so under which section ??

Sir I m shambhu prasad from Bihar I did my 10th class from janta inter college and after 10th did 11th also from this school . but in 11th had plan to move Delhi for medical exam preparation so I took admission in a school in 12th in gaya district but at the time of admission school asked only 10th class passing certificate as some of my friend did the same in past as in this school I have to just present for a 4-5 month attendance and I could appear for 12th board exam same way I write 12th exam got good marks . I got passed out and for god grace selected in MBBS in maulana azad new Delhi now when at the time of degree issue my college said me to bring district education officer signature over class 12th tc I came to know that school from where I did only 12th shown that I did both 11th and 12th from there when I enquire to school about it they said we have shown that u did 11th from our school and did the registration in the board by same registration no and ask me to not to worry . I know that my 12th class result is genuine and I self give exam and all that .
But experts I m worried about the thing that there is also a record of 11th from school where I did my 10th .
Its been arnd 9 year no problem I face till now as every body ask for 10th &12th board marks .
But experts kindly guide me due to the fault of school am I guilty how should deal with situation if this fact come in picture in future . or it will be beneficial for me to just forget that i did multiple 11th in same time (only in record ). As till now no problem faced .
And sir at that time my age was 17 year I was not adult so is by any mean I am gulity or part of crime if yes how to protect me from that

My grandfather died leaving my father as nominee in all bank accounts. My grandfather has always stayed with my father and he only took care of him.Now my father's sister wants a share in property. Does she have a right. How to file my grandfathers income tax.....do we need a succession certificate for this. What should we do.

Multiple false cases (civil & criminal) by wife and in-laws
I have a very Peculiar case. My wife had filed about 10 cases against me & my family. She belongs to lawyers family.I had filed Divorce which is pending. there is a property in the joint name of me & my wife. In DV case she got right of residence in that property but NO Protection order against me. after this order she filed a civil suit for absolute ownership of the property stating she is the joint owner and in physical possession of the property. I am defending the case.I paid all the initial money in buying the flat from my individual account. I am paying EMI to the bank through ECS. She was the co-applicant in loan also.
Please suggest can court grant her the absolute ownership? What should i do?
