Today i have read that govt is going to reduce its stake to less than 50% in idbi. What about students who have given ibps for recruitment in public sector banks and other public sector banks. Isn.t it like fraud to them. What to do if idbi bcms pvt????

My father had bought flat in 1979 for Rs 1 lac. I have inherited entire flat after my father's demise. Its present value is about Rs 2 crores. I am retired, plan to sell the flat in near future and go to native place. I do not want to buy another house as I have a house in native place.
To save from paying heavy LTCG tax, can I donate 75% of my share i.e., 25% to each - my mother, daughter (NRI) and wife? Whenever WE will sell it, may be after 3 years of gifitng, can each of us invest 50 lacs in CG Bonds to save CG tax.
What will be the cost of acquisition to each donee?
If donee will sell it before 3 years then will the profit be considered as Short term cap. gain?
Thanks for your guidance.

respected sir,
i am in great trouble that my elder brother widow who had not stay with us last two years and she had cheated my father by duplicating my father signature and withdraw money from my father account without my father knowledge.on 3rd October 2013 and on 19th November 2013 she withdraw money by cheques .when we know the matter we changed the signature of my father. she show us her real face,on 21 April '15 she sent two women one of them was the younger sister of my elder brother's widow to my resident. without any permission they enter to our house and as a result a unwanted situation took place.and both the lady used so many slag language against my father.after half an hour later my elder brother's widow appeared in the spot and try to bit me but somehow i manage to save myself. on hearing shouting local resident came to my house and advised me to file a fir about this matter. As i am not well known about the fir i filed a simple application. on my application local police came to my house and take the view point of us. But later on on the same day she made a fir against me and my wife that show that we are not allow her to enter her room.actually the room which was used by her it was locked and key by her.Nether she take any permission from my father nor she asked my father to locked the room . The property was fully owned by my father. As they are cheating my father so my father try to sell the land. on hearing this i want to purchase the land and later on i purchased the land. On hearing this she file a pwdv case against me ,my wife, my father who is 88 years old and right side is paralized and other members who are not reside with us.Again she registered a case against my wife under ipc 341/294/323. The land is in the name of me.can i get any help?Is there any problem or situation for punishment as per the situation?
