Sir a complaint of cheque bounce is being filed by the complainant in the city A being the permanent residential address and transaction took place and cheque issued presented and returned bounced and notice sent from city A. Now at city B there is temporary and buisness address of complainant and permanent address of accused and bank of accused is situated and notice was received by accused at city B. Now can complainant file suit for recovery in city B or he has to file at city A ?

dear Sir/Madam,
Case History is as under:
1] She filed a case under IPC 498a against me and my old parents in the year 2007 and Hon.Court acquitted us in 2014 u/s 245(2).
2]she filed a case 125 in 2009 against me and court ordered against me in 2011.
3] she filed 125(3) in 2012 and also filed in other court u/s 125 (3)in 2014.
4] she also filed a case against me and my mother under DV Act 2005 12 18 19 20 22.
we both sit together along with our lawyers and by mutually she withdraw dv case and 125 case.
Then i filed a case in family court HMA 13 (1) (1a)against her for divorse. she presented and requested me to withdraw the same and file mutual consent petition at her town. and i did the same.
we both filed a Mutual divorse petition in her town and at the time of filling mutual consent we paid 50% amount to wife as agreed in the MOU. Hon. Secession Court given us cooling period for a 6 month. After 6 Month on 22/09/15 she denied for divorse out of court. and asked me to pay balance amount and also asking us to pay Rs.10000/- p.m.
Res. Sir,
i need your opinion on above subjects. 1]can I get divorse from her? 2] is she take U turn for denied of divorse? 3] is there any judgement of Hon. H.C. and Hon. S.C. to get help me.
Pl. provide the same asap.

Can we apply under this rule for recording of evidences and examination of witness through video conferencing while party is overseas and can't come to India?

Hi All,
I was working with the small company(IT Company).It was registered under shop and establishment act. And I signed a agreement where my notice period is of 2 months.
Here is my What happened with me.
I was on sick leave during that time few employees of company resigned because of Bad environment and politics in company. after my sick leave i emailed that i will join on Monday but i got an email from HR that take a rest of two more days and join us from Wednesday. When i went there they didnt allow me to sit at my seat and ask me to wait in conference room.
After that OWNER and HR both start YELLING and SHOUTING at me that i am responsible for the others resignation.
And forced me to resign and handover the projects.Only if i resign they will pay my dues.
Even my Salary of Last month was due.
So, my pending dues are of two months with them . as i survive on Salary so i resigned as per their instructions and handover all projects.
Now when i asked for my salary (2months salary)after 10 days they suddenly changed and said i have to complete all the projects first.
Also send notice to me for 5Lakh loss.
I consult with lawyer and replied to notice that they asked me to leave and forced me to resign.Even my two months salary is due.
To get my salary i was advised to to file a recovery case . i just need my two months salary that was 70k.
Company file counter claim on that for 5Lakh Loss.
Please advice my what should i do .
I know i don't have anything in written
and they have my resignation letter .
according to which i have to serve two months notice as per agreement.
But the Ex-employees (Witnesses) are ready to give their statement that the OWNER of company was culprit who planned everything and terminated me smartly.
I just wanted to know what are the rights of employee if employer failed to pay salary on fixed date.
IS Company the first who break the agreement by not paying salary on fixed date(5th of every month) or i am who forced to resign from duties .
I will attach my agreement if needed.
Please help and Advice .Thank you in advance.

I got married 4 months back, the day when I got married my husband and his family started torturing me for small things, to ask this my parents have come, my husband & my in-laws insulated & they did physical abuse on them. After this I started staying at my parents house. I have approached him many times to live once again but he provoked me to abuse him, he has all recordings of this & he is threatening me with this. I want to know what are the steps I can take in this situation.

1)want to know about property rule how get divided between children. we are 3 , one bro and 2 sis can we get equal share of property of my father . My father got property inherited from his father . they are three brothers . the share of my fathers property can be divided into three amongst us bro sis. or how? My Mom is also there.
2) secondly can my father will his share of property to my moms name though documents are with his younger brother and he is not ready to give to my moms name.
3} since i have one brother is it automatically he will be the owner of all the property in abscent of my father.
4}my uncle said we donot have any share because its our grandfathers property not directly fathers.
plz guide.

We are a charitable institution have employees about 45. Our office is located 12 kms away from the municipal corporation. We are located in Bandiwad village, Hubli Taluk, Dharwad District, Karnataka.
In the past I approached the ESIC office to know the applicability of ESI. They said since the institutoin is located out of the coverage area we are not applicable.
Now the officer visited our project and say that there is a new rule and they are deputed by the superior to find out any nearest organisation located within the city for enrollment.
I would be thankful if you could facilitate me with some information on coverage and radius for coverage.

gift deed a property which is having a existing home loan
Dear sir/madam,
I am having housing loan on my property which was gifted by my father to me as i am bank employee seeking stuff loan so property sud b in my name, now i want to gift it back to him, can i do it? The reason is my wife creating trouble although she doesn't know that i have the ownership. Can it be possible without informing bank?
