Dear Sir,
I'm residing in 1RK (7th floor Corner flat) in MHADA colony, Kandivli , Mumbai & have installed AC compressor on 2 brackets in grill outside the passage area ( Attached picture). In most of my nearby mhada buildings I have seen such kind of AC installation. There is no objection from my neighbour, no harm to building but our committee has issued a notice that " We have not taken permission from society and society don't allow anyone installing AC in grill outside the passage area, remove it within 7 days and place it in your window grill or Rs .100/- per day fine will be charged.
Please refer attached letter, wherein I have mentioned that I'm new owner here,I was not aware of the same, no one objected or given written information about rules and regulation of the society during the 3 months renovation/repair period. Removal of AC compressor will damage my wall as there is conciel wiring, I will suffer financial loss and asked them under which law/bye-law you are charging a fine of Rs. 100/- per day.
Even after follow-up they neither ready to give acknowledgement copy of my reply nor giving reply to my letter, Secretary said he can not sign n stamp my reply letter without chairman's signature and then he said committee not ready to give acknowledgement copy or reply. My family is very upset because of there such kind of behaviour of Managing committee and other committee members
Please let me know the following:-
1) Is there action is legal?
2) under which bye law they must have issued such notice & proposed a fine of Rs .100/- per day ?
3). Is society legally authorised to fine any amount? any limit?
4) Can Comitee modify minutes passed in AGM meeting for their ego?
5) Is Co-op housing society Comitee is above the Bye-law given by Maharashtra co-op society..
6) Can society pass any law as per their intention?
7) How can I save myself?

Hospital Dispensary was raided by FDA ,in month of Nov 2014.The order was verbal from collector.Hospital has right to dispense the drugs ,and open shop is not allowed. There was no open shop and drugs were dispensed by doctor.Till this date no FIR has been lodged.What is the time period in general from raid of premises to lodging FIR? Can I ask for compensation of drugs seized by FDA as there has been no FIR? If authority search and seize the drugs ,is it their right only to seize and not to take any further action?Who will be decide whether the raid was legal or illegal??

IPC 406, 498A, 34 is applicable on me, my family as well as my relatives. Since the FIR filed on March 2013 by the opponent is in the court, and till date it's been going on
The opponent has filed a DV case on us and it's always we are only getting dates.
DV case is going on in one court and on the other side the 498 case is also going on.
I want to know when would this come to an end as on every dates the opponent is not presentable.

Is it legally permissible to construct a permanent structure in an unauthorised residential colony in Delhi to keep a buffalo and its calf for the purpose of selling its milk to local residents ? The dung and urine have blogged the drains in the colony and the rotting dung emits a foul smell and is a good breeding ground for mosquitoes. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi and the local RWA is ineffective. The residents prefer to keep quiet so as to avoid any confrontation with the buffalo-owner, who is a defiant and aggressive man.Can the Dy.Commissioner or Sub-Divisional Magistrate of the area be of any help ? Or what other options do I have ? Also how can I keep myself and my complaint anonymous. Kindly advise.

my wife has filed my old salary slip photo which she had taken thru her phone without my knowledge and permission. will it be accepted as proof.

Dear Sirs,
My brother is guarantor for loan taken by his business collegues, willingly they were defaulting repayment of interest and principle. The money lender is forcing my brother to repay the money with pending interest payments. Loan amount Rs.5lakhs total due interest is 3lakhs. Interest @4% PM. What is the legal option to recover the money from borrower.
My brother is real estate agent his monthly income is around 12000pm, he doesnt have any assets on his name.

Suspension revoked but increment not given, though my service period exceded 15 months.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I work in BHEL, I was suspended on 21.06.2014 and revoked on 01.06.2015. Currently Iam getting the same Basic Salary, as was getting in July’13. Till now I haven’t got any increment on my basic salary. I got last increment on July’13, after that I was on duty for 11 months upto 21.06.2014. After suspension, I was revoked on 01.06.2015. My 12 months of duty was completed on 30.6.2015. I didn’t get any increment on 01.07.2015. Infact, I haven’t received any increment till now. Chargesheet was given after my revocation, i.e., on 29.07.2015 and the inquiry is going on. What should I do to get my increment as my service excluding suspension period is more than 15 months as on today.Is their any judgement/verdict by the honorable court which can help me. Pls help me.
