Dear all,
I request you to provide me with the Format for transfer of property to the second owner in case of death of the First owner.
My father was the first owner of the property and my mother was the second owner. my father expired and hence we need to remove his name and put my mothers name in the first owner.
Once she is the first owner only then can she nominate me for the property.
kindly help..

M 32 year old married man,got married in 2015,since my marrige my mother in law was living at my parents place,due to my parents age & illness ask my mother in law to give us some time & compermise a bit & stay at her elder sistet,because of the same matter got disturded & my wife with her mother start living at their place,our every trying thing failed in last 6 months or so,neither she coming back nor giving any sign of divorce,what legally I can do

I was filing a case under Order 37 Rule 2-Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for non payment of dues by my party and dishonored cheque. I have mis placed the original chq. what can I do for here. please tell me the alternative.

Sir,
I am the only daughter(Married).My parents property is going to be inherited to me.
Now i want to make a will that states after my death my property will not go to my in-laws and it will go to my parents and after my parents death also i dont want any claim from inlaws.
Is it possible to write it in will as it is all future happenings.
What kind of will should i prepare?
Please Help

Sir,
My father in law left a house intestate on my husband,his brother,his sister and mothers name.
I wanted to know can my mother in law,brother in law and sister in law give their share to my husband by a gift deed.
And once when my husband becomes the sole owner ,then can he make me the half owner through gift deed.
I am asking if it is possible as we can save the stamp duty.
Basically i and my husband want to take a housing loan on the same house.So can we apply for housing loan then?

Respected sir/madam
I changed my surname in all documents such as Ration card, Passport, Bank Account and voter I.D. after marriage But not in official gazzate. It's been 20 years of marrriage. After 17 years of marriage I resumed my studies in my changed name. But now in one of the university they want me to change name through official gazatte. if i change my name in official gazatte now then what about my previous degree which i already got in changed name.

OF MAHARASTHRA GOVERNMENT ON BANNED GUTKHA IS NOT IMPLEMENTING PROPERLY.IT IS
STILL SELLING LIKE A HOT CAKE IN THE VARIOUS SMALL TOWN OF MAHARASHTRA UNDER THE
DUE INFLUENCE OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES.IT IS CLEARLY A VIOLATION OF THE MAHARASHTRA
GOVERNMENT DECISION.BEING A FINAL YEAR STUDENT OF LAW IT IS APPEALING TO ME THAT
THE PANSHOP KEEPER HAS NOT A SINGLE FEAR OF LAW AND THEY ARE JUST PASSING A HUSH
MONEY TO THE POLICE AND FOOD DEPARTMENT.PREVIOUSLY WHEN THE BAN WAS NOT IMPOSED
THE MONEY IS GOING IN TO THE REVENUE OF MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT IN THE FORM OF TAX
BUT NOW IT IS GOING IN TO THE POCKET OF POLICE AND FOOD DEPARTMENT IN THE FORM OF

To sum the issues,i would like the conclude that the Maharashtra government should
consider the livelihood of small panshop keeper;atleast the ban on panmasala
product should be uplifted considering the question of livelihood of the panshop
keeper who are illiterate and does not possess any other skill to diversify their
business.Please follow the principle of natural justice.Already the unemployment
is increasing like a mounting arrears of pending cases in the courts.Please
provide justifiable ground without hurting the right to livelihood of the people
and also the honourable decision of the Maharashtra Government.Please stop
corruption among the designated authorities by minimising the role of interference
by them while acting in an administerial capacity.
For the sake of justice either implement the ban effectively or uplift it by
imposing certain harsh condition.But please don't make it a subject of jokes for
the common people.
Every citizen must obey the law but the administrative authorities are just
misusing their power and also please take some action the official of food and
police department who himself addicted to gutkha and such officer should be
dismissed from the service.If you conduct a survey almost 90% of the officials are
addicted to gutkha.
Please provide some new guidelines in the recrutiment policy that the service will
be directly terminated if any officer found indulge in the addict of gutkha.
It is submitted that it is well settled legal position that the judiciary
machinery will bring some radical changes without the interference of political
leader who are just making a statment for just take a political mileage.
