My parents died in the year 2009 and 2013. He was having some agriculture land in a village. He didn't make any will. I am not his real son,he adopted me without any ceremony but on my all documents his name is registered As father. I am having following documents Pan card, voter card,educational certificate, family certificate issued by tahseeldar. How should I proceed to make the agricultual property on my name. I am his only son.

I am availing Overdraft facility from Axis bank for last 6 years. Before my renewal of facility in Aug 2014, I have asked for enhancement of credit facility. Initially bank told me that they will do it, but in August 14 , I have got the sanction letter for renewal of the facility at same level. So, next year I have approached another private bank and got the sanction for enhanced amount with low interest. So, on 1.11.2015, my new bank has made the entire payment of outstanding with Axis Bank and CC facility of Axis bank has been zeroized. Till now I have not received and communication from Axis, but when I went for the closure of my account, they are asking for foreclosure charges. And, they are saying that your facility was renewed but, I have not received any intimation for the same.
My concern is that:-
1) Can they charge foreclosure charges for the CC facility, in my case ? Since, I have not been intimated for the renewal of the facility.
2) Also, I have fully utilized their facility during last year.

1 august 2012 mein maine ek plot builders se installment mein purchase kiya tha.builder ne purchase karate samay kuch terms and conditions rakhi thi. builder ne 5000.00 ke 25 cheque company ke name se le liye the aur kaha ki 2 saal ke baad full payment hone par aapki registry ho jaayegi. aaj ek saal ke baad bhi registry nahi hui hai . maine company ko notice bhi diya lekin company ne kahaa ki kuch samay baad ho jaayegi .Abhi tak meri registry nahi hue hai main kya karoon.

Dear Experts,
I come to you with a lot of hope after searching a lot. Till now i have been misguided a lot and me and my family are in total distress. Facts of the case are as below:
1 - Got married in 2005. Wife started mentally and physically assaulting me after 3/4 months of our marriage. One day, about 5 months from our marriage she called my local relatives and her parents to my fathers place and accused me and my mother to have a physical relationship.
I was forced to leave home in 2007. Did a GD with local police station. I came back and started living with my wife again and again the same harassment started. Wife always gave threat of 498A against me and parents.
2 - 2005-2006 we stayed with my parents and due to mental torture moved with wife in 2006 to Kolkata in rent. She use to repeatedly leave home(where we used to stay together) for her parents place and from there threatened to file 498A. and commit suicide.
3 - Since 2006 till 2009 suffered lot of mental and physical torture but was afraid to file any official complaint. We took her to a psychiatrist and she stated that she is suffering delusional disorder with severe aggressive outburst. Tried a lot to manage with wife but it did not work. Wife left with daughter in 2009.
4 - Wife kept threatening us on phone.
5 - Current status - Wife filed for 125 for alimony. Pending court order.
6 - We filed for divorce, wife filed for Misc case under section 24 which court order a sum. Wife is working in govt primary school. Still court ordered money for her and child. We challenged the same in high court. Challenge is pending in high court.
Now we have visited a number of lawyers and are completely clueless. Some say that untill you get the stay order for the order of section 24, pay all the dues to wife so this will start the matsuit.
One suggested us to withdraw the Mat suit which is filed at wife fathers place (far away from where I stay..travel time 6/7 hours one way) and then refile the same in Kolkata and the lawyer will ensure that wife is not able to transfer the case back to her father place.
We are completely clueless what should we do.
Please can anyone help us and be an angel to us and guide us.

My deceased Elder Brother under his wish nominated me for his LIC Policy in place of his son. Now, my brother’s wife and his son claims that they are the legal heir and want the whole amount of LIC Policy. Can I get the claim the amount from LIC Company?Who is the right Beneficiary?

The name of deceased son in will
My father is making will of his property. We are two brothers. My younger brother is died. He wants to make me beneficiary of his agriculture land. If he is making the will in my name, shall he mention the details of the deceased son and his family in the will, although he is not making them beneficiary.
