Dear Sir,
Can we get tax exemption on reimbusement for the Medical treatment (list provided for Specified Diseases given in rule 3A Section 17(2) of the I.T) in a hospital which is not approved by the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax?

I filed complaint and police has not filed police-report to magistrate as police officers have criminally conspired against me. Can I file writ before high court for compensation against state.

I bought Xiaomi mobile in 2014 from flipkart online vendor. This was in October 2014, 28th. In August this year my mobile went dead due to charging issue in its circuit. battery wont go in on mode.
I gave mobile for warranty repair in NOIDA service center.They kept mobile for 1.5 month saying spares not supplied by company easily. On 28th October 2015 last day of warranty period they phoned and said mobile is repaired collect it.But it was not repaired and remain defective. Meanwhile company closed this center due to complaints.
I then contacted on service helpline and they ask me to send to Delhi service center. I did that . But they rang up 2 days after that and said battery needs replacement but your phone is out of warranty. I said it was deposited in warranty period to NOIDA center and they have failed to repair.
It seems it is planned fraud of this company Xiaomi.
It is bad product and refusal to do warranty replacement
I plan to file an FIR and also consumer complaint. I guess with nature of complaint and fact that company hides its address in India , right forum would be straight away NCDRC.
Kindly They sent battery request and parts request to Xiaomi but till date nothing has been done what can I do as my phone is out of order since August and company not repairing and returning it. They have not replied to my notices and refused to refund money.
Should I involve Flipkart also as they supplied me phone.? I have no address of Xiaomi India. Not available anywhere.
Please advise under what laws and sections should I move . Should file FIR also and should I go to NCDRC or district forum.

Respected seniors,
My grandfather used be a ARCHAKA in a village called PALLI MAKTHA ( Karimnagar dist),it was long time ago and they ( DHORA( head of the village)) used to distribute the land for their own pleasure on the basis of mercy or respect .But at that time there is no registration done,it was done wholly on the ORAL nature ,after that my Father shifted to vemulawada (karimnagar dist) to study,employ so we are settled here for 32 years. As my father came to aware of that land he tried possess 92 acre(approx).Honestly we did not possess Pattadar pass books on total 92 acre ,but in 1975 land ceiling act came in to force and my father got received notice from the "land tribunal" stating that "as per land ceiling act you are holding excess of land which is going to acquired by and you will be given compensation". My father did receive that compensation, and we possess that tribunal order for above.In 2001 my father sold part of that land and did registered,after that the villagers occupied our land and there were even threats to our family that we should simply forget it and move on.Recently under RTI act my father made a request to MRO of that mandal and what we received is a copy a statement from villagers that " hence my father not staying in that village(PALLI MAKTHA) and they took bank loans on lands and they farming ever since ,these lands should be villagers not my father so they requested Sarpanch and tahsildar and MRO not to grant these lands on L.P.S to us. They are saying they possess those lands but not saying they purchased it
..92.acre land possessed or occupied by 58 persons.
Please advice me what action we can take against these persons, if at all if we have Right on those lands? Can they take land simply on the grounds that we are not staying in that village? And my father still hold the name on PAHANI copy as per 2004 records.

Sir,
I have filed the 340 Crpc application before the CAT which was dismissed by CAT with the main application.My query is that 341 crpc provides an appeal before the superior court against the order of the subordinate court.
Also the CAT reserve the power of equlavlent to that of High Court
In that case, can I file the appeal application before the H.C under 341 crpc? or 482 Crpc is the only remedy against the order?
