hi i have a saving account in indusind bank in delhi from past 2 year.
some of my fried have deposited some money online on my account six month ago.
just few day back i came to know that six month back my account has freezed by bank because of some notice from Andhra police for suspecious activity .
now bank people are saying that they can not unfreeze my account untill they will get notice from andhra police to unfreeze account.
please advice someone what shoud i do.
please it is urgent .
my all earning is saved in this account.

I have done agreement of new build flat in apartment, builder says that he made agreement based on carpet area , carpet area is 413 sqf (hall+kitchen+bedroom+bathroom+toilet) and two balconies of 82 sqft in buitup area.he mentioned overall 495 sqft. Built up area agreement. He did not mentioned lobby area in agreement but he says that it is in property. I want to ask that how builder can include this lobby in my property if it is not mentioned in agreement. He take some money in cash from me as black by mentioning low value of my flat in agreement for that he omitted lobby area he do that for minimizing government tax but in which I only save 40,000, Finally I want ask that is lobby legally in my property ? And if not then what is the way ,i have made payment for that also and only few lakh of white money is remaining I have not done sell deed

We are having a property of my late Grand Father. What will be the ratio of distribution among my Father's sister. My Father is the only son of there parent with 4 daughters, 2 are married and rest 2 are unmarried. So, what will the distribution of my late grand father's property among them.

Dear sir ,
we are having land in which sale agreement done in 1994 after several remainders that purchaser fellow not came in front of us, and he file a case against us in 2002 which is dismissed in 2006 case us dismissed for default of dismissed after that in 2014 it is came to known it it was dismissed so after consulting layer he told they restored it back but he is showing IA no passing on days whether this is true how know the details of the IA which is not mentioned in online also please suggest us we be leave lawyer are not status of our case where we get details please suggest us .

I work in a CPSU and am a confirmed employee at E3 level. Recently the subject PSU has floated a direct recruitment notice for filling 01 post at E5 level in the same department, wherein the opening was allowed to be filled by candidates belonging from any sector (I. e. Private or Govt. Sector).
As per the recruitment rules, the method to be adopted for recruitment at E5 level is through promotion only and the highest level to which process of direct recruitment is prescribed at E4 level for 50% of the vacant position.
The subject PSU has not yet circulated the promotion policy applicable to its employee, as the PSU is newly formed and the 01st. Recruitment has happened in 2013-14 only.
Since the prescribed eligibility norms for candidates from Pvt. Sectors is also getting complied by me, prior to joining this CPSU.
Under the circumstances, please guide me whether the PSU should have first asessed about the availability of suitable candidates internally or not? Prior to going ahead with the process of Direct Recruitment or not?
Also what will be the outcome, if I apply for the same? & whether I should apply with the profile of only Pvt. Sector or apply with my current details, since only 01 application is permitted to be made by a single candidate and the eligibility requirement stipulates to have a pay scale of E4 level for preceding 02 Yrs. If applicant happens to be from Govt. Sector.
An early reply to this query will be highly appreciated.

Sir, a mother who is a widow has kept all her valuable things including gold and costly sarees were kept at her own house and was staying with her daughter .her son and daughter in law was staying at her house. Both of them are of a criminal minded persons and so the mother stayed away for her safety.now her daughter in law has burnt all sarees and destroyed many things worth around 2 lakhs .what should be done by the mother at this moment.can she ask them to move out from her house and also ask compensation or should file a police complaint

Can I file a writ in high court asking compensation from state if police officers have not investigated complaint for 5 years despite registering fir. I definitely want compensation as I have lost 22 years of my life because of accused and police is still keeping quite despite directions by magistrate to investigate.

Sir,crpc125 case under progress,we called for diverse with 5lakhs(mutual contest),they are not ready for diverse but she agreed for bond signing..any safe procedure for settlement and she should not disturb in future..kindly suggest...waiting for your reply..

7/12 is not on name
I have purchased 3200 sq.ft land in the year 2005-April in Alibagh , and made only kharidipatr agreement with Owner,and
there is no any registered agreement made between us and 7/12 still on owner's name. As I was in the central government
service I didn't get the sufficient time to make the 7/12 on my own name. And Today owner is not ready to make 7/12 on my name. Please suggest me what to do.
