Good Morning!
I was working in a private sector company.
1) TERMINATED IN 2002. Industrial Award is 100% in my favour [reinstatement, full backwages, continuity of service with all consequential benefits].
2)award PRONOUNCED ON 01.08.2006. Employer filed WPC in the garb of appeal in disguise.
3) IN 2009 I was given 17-B relief from date of award 01.08.2006 to date of reinstatement. Obviously reinstatement was done in 2009.
4) MAY 2012 Retirement. WPC is still on board in High Court.
5) In the meantime I filed an SLP in the Supreme Court for expeditious early hearing in high court as high court declined it. Supreme Court appreciated the necessity of giving justice to a disabled senior citizen during his life-time & directed the high court for expeditious early hearing and dispose of the same within 3 months.
6) In the High Court the employer expressed willingness to settle the matter out-of-court. Settlement is a lumpsum amount without any breakup. My query is-
Tax will be deducted. For claiming refund:
a) Whether HRA, conveyance, LTA and medical accrued during the period can be shown for rebate?
b) By the way COMPONENT OF GRATUITY is less than 10 lakhs.
C) Present proposed settlement is from termination in 2002
WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON ABOVE?: (i) Keeping in mind the fact that tax was deducted from interim relief paid in 2009 u/s 17-B for the period 01.08.2006 to 2009 and I got refund from IT Dept by claiming HRA during that period.
(ii) Retirement was in 2012 and wages were paid during reinstatement from Feb 2002 to 2012.
I hope I am able to present the matter threadbare.

Sir, I have three daughters all married and well settled and leaving happily with their family, my mother passed away in 1984 and father in 2014 though the property purchased in the name of my mother, did my sisters also have the same rights over the property

Hello, marriage happened in Dec,2012 from Pune. I came down to Bangalore in mar 2014 and she came in June 2015, loads of issues, cruelty. Tortured happened in 3 years against me and my family. Now the situation is that I am jobless from Last 3months and not getting job in Bangalore but offers are from outside Bangalore, she is denyning me to go outside and search here in Bangalore irrespective of time it ll take, also to bear all expenses in between, now I am mentally tortured and upset from her behaviour of not co-operating at all, please advice now what to do If I am willing to job outside

I Mr. K. Srinivasa Bhattar is working in Stores at Uppal Genpact under contract of VRVS. Writing this letter to you. They are the Sub-Contractors of CBRE. they appointed for stores becasuse the old Stores executive was resigning. Now it is 5 months passed he didn't resigned.Now they (CBRE) are asking me to leave the job all of a sudden as the old person didn't resigned. The client is not willing to send him.so i approached the VRVS management regardig this. They said with in a month you leave the job. OK i agreed for that.Without any prior intimation suddenly yesterday the CBRE (main contractor) asked me to surrender all the cards related to the company and leave the working place.Pl.suggest me what to do. I opposed for that.

My name is Harishkanna M and my dob is 13/03/1992 but in my school and college mark sheet have DOB is 13/03/1991. same thing happened my brother also his DOB is 03/08/1993 but his mark sheet have 02/07/1992. we both have no birth certificate but my father did registered our birth in local municipality with our original dates. while searching website i saw by using original DOB we can change DOB in a mark sheets. we both have completed SSLC and 12th std in the year of 2007 and 2009 respectively. If we try to change our DOB age limits for SSLC and 12th std are not satisfied for my brother. But we are not willing to get Birth certificate for fake. we need to change our original dob in our mark sheets. what we need to do? is there any chances to cancel my brothers SSLC and 12th Std qualification if we try to change our original DOB? and one more thing in our local municipality my father registered my name as Harish only but in my school my name as Harishkanna. is there is a chance to get my birth certificate in the name of Harishkanna? kindly give me a clarification.

Dear sir,my husband is living outside his home town in kuchaman city , along with his Jiji and jijaji in guwahatui,he is CA and having his job in guwahati, I am also having job and now come to live in guwahati, he is not ready to live with me, there is no any application in family court, what are legal remedy for me to live with him, any notice or any act, actually the notice should be such that he is bind to provide me shelter , whether he is in her sister house or not.
