A filed a criminal case under section 498A and 494 of ipc.due to the attitude of the public prosucuter as Pp is helping the accused and the accused is a constable.under these circumstances the complainant file a transfer petitin to some other court.after rejecting the complant .complainant filed a private complaint and the court order for investigation and later police issued FIR.the case is coming for trail.kindly advice on this.thanq very muvh in advance.

Sir mere dadaji 3 bhai the.wo tino expire kr chuke hai.mere dada k bade bhai ki bibi v expire kr chuki hai.unhi k bibi k naam se kuch property hai jispe kuch logo ne avaidh kabza(atikarman)kr rakha hai.mai vo atikarmanmukt kaise karu.

Hi Would like to inform you that i am chitranjan working in MNC, i got my appointment letter after joining, in my letter clear mentioned company will pay Rs..1500 as mobile expense but the company are not paying the same amount for last eighteen months and second thing is that there is 30 days notice period after appraisal the salary structure have been changed & notice period has been also changed as 90 days notice period,i have complete approx four years in this compay.In stating period the company policy was to earn PL than its help you on leaving time to leave company but but suddenly company change the policy, emp can't hold more then 40 leave afer 40 your leave will be loss, i applied levae more than five times my hod tell us ok lets discussed the same.. got the same reply max time
if i serve the notice period the company will release with cmplete document other wise i will pay three months gross salary,, please suggest to to free with this company with instantly resignation...

Dear Learned Counsels here at the forum,
I am fighting a case in the Local Chief Metropolitan Court In Bangalore wherein the opposite party and the accused is booked under IPC 420 and 406. The accused had been taken 15 days into judicial custody in 2014 and then took bail and absconded. Henceforth, The Police Station had taken 9 months to file a chargesheet inspite of this. When they did, the case started in the Metropolitan Court and Stage of Case was summons. A public Prosecutor was assigned and so far he has taken 3 dates each in the gap of some 6-8 months and that too in the summons phase. Then On , The Accused without the knowledge of the court or police here had gone for a transfer petition in the Supreme Court against the state which was outright dismissed. Now after repeated appeals for change of PP And Court, i am told that i have to write to the registrar of the CMM Court asking for this and that police doesnt have the power for this. My Question is . Is that True or am i being fooled by the Local Police. Please advise.

my grandfather death in 1958, at the time of his death my elder uncle is 14 year old ,my second uncle is 10 year,my father is 6 years old, my father has three brothers only. after my grand father death my elder uncle is honour of all family from that time . after some years my elder uncle purchase four acre land in villege between 1967-77 from his own name. this all properties bought between 1967-77 in few parts , at the time of purchasing this properties my elder uncle age is 23-33 my second uncle is 15-25years ,my father is 13-23 years (minor),this all land used by my all uncle equally till 1992 with very peacefully .after that suddenly
my elder uncle and his sons told it is my land only..... because in document paper my father name only. and they captured all slowly. then may father and second uncle registered a case in court against my elder uncle in 2001 in district court hajipur bihar. my father and my middle uncle told in that properties they have also right....in that properties.....
what is the future of this case pls guide me
MY ELDER UNCLE BASICALLy FARMER USE all parential land for agriculture.
he not done any govt, pvt job.
IT is true my elder uncle purchase this all land from hindu undivided family incomes.
BUT presently my elder uncle denies thruth..
he said in court he bought all land from his self accuried income.
he said false in court . but i have lack of evidence to prove it....
which type of proof help me to win the case ...pls help me

Hi,
I am working for a US based company also pursuing LLB (3Yrs). Currently I am in last year.
I have a subject arbitration for which we are asked to prepare records / simulation.

Please advise me:
A property situated in Mumbai in the name f ABCD.
ABC agree to sale the property. But they are Unable to present before Sub registrar Mumbai. So they want to appoint D as their representative and give all powers including sale of the property, by way of registered power of attorney.
Please Advise me how much stamp duty they should for registration of the POA.
