Sir in a civil suit for recovery filed by me can I file an application u/o 38 rule 5 C.P.C for attachment of property of defendant before judgement which is already mortgaged in a Bank by defendant ?

Sir i married on 21st april .after 2 months of my marriage my husband filed application on wrong facts.this application is refer in high court mediation centre.now i m pregnant i want to go my in laws house bcs sir i m feeling depressed that they are taking too long due dates on every date of mediation .when i talk to them on phone they said no body is in his house to care me .so they didnt take me there house .sir but i want to go so what should i do.bcz they are giving me long date on every date i get frustrated by there this nature they want that i compromise what they will say in mediation cetre .so they dont want to take me there home .sir what should i do to go there before the date

Need help, I work for an It company. I was on 3 months paid maternity leave, as my baby was pre mature I had to extend my leave.I have asked the company to extend the leave for 5 months( without pay) but it was extended for 2 months. After 2 months I have requested the company to extend it further, but I am told that it is not possible to extend. As there was no one to look after my baby and I don't want to keep a 4 month old baby in cherche I choose to resign. I have been told that I have to either serve the 3 months notice period or had to pay 3 months gross salary which comes to 1.5 lacs. I can't afford to pay such a huge amount. I don't have any dependency, nor I have been allocated to any project can't the company waive off the notice period and relieve me immediately. Please help me on this Asap.

I have filed O P in Madras HC Sec.34(2) of the above Act to set aside the Arbitration Award which was against me in 2008. Madras HC(single judge) set aside the Arbitration Award on 27.4.2015 without cost. HC issued certified copy of judgement on 9.9.2015.Notice sent to other party by me to make payment on 5.10.2015.No communication from the other party till now.
1. When I can file an Execution Petition at the earliest.
2. What action the other party can take & what is the limitation for such action

I have one sister. she is a mentally disorder person. She was married and one year after devoiced( out of court my parents made devoice rs.20 deed..) We don’t have mother and dad. I have one sister and one brother. But she is live with me ( mentally disorder sister ) .
I want get to guardian certificate of my sister. because my father got gold loan from bank. now i paid full amount but they are not give the my wife jewel. they are ask guardian certificate of my sister. what can i do now?

Sir in electricity dept there is a rule of getting rs 500 stamp and serve connection within 150 ft of distance from pole but the dept engineer and higher officer are involved in the corruption and serving connections without stamp and unlimited distance and for that take money from consumer . as govt launches a scheme to deposits 10000 rs to serve connection up to 600ft. This is the corruption . how I make them caught all and in what sec they are booked.

Sir I have bought a washing machine three months before from my friends shop now it is not working and service centre asks for original receipt but it was not given at that tym by shopkeeper so I asked him but now he refuses to give any receipt and deny that he don't me .I have no proof that I have given him money . in what sec I lodge fir against him.

Buyer did not transfer car to his name & fitness, tax lapsed
I gave away my old car in exchange-sale to a car showroom in 2011. They sold it to someone who applied for transfer of ownership and renewal of fitness. Though I tendered my sale verification at RTO, I later came to understand much later that the buyer had aborted the process thereby retaining the car with its fitness lapsed but still registered under my name. By 2012, the tax also defaulted. I also came to know that in 2014 he might have disposed the car as scrap. Meanwhile the unpaid taxes and fines are accumulating in my name. I neither have the car with me nor its registration certificate (RC). He is also not giving me back the RC for surrendering to RTO for cancellation of registration. I need your expert advice as to how to cancel registration of this car and get the tax dues clear under such situation.
