dear sir,
is there any difference between letter of indemnity and indemnity bond and indemnity agreement.
whether the stamp duty applicable on indemnity letter would be equal to stamp on agreement or otherwise.

The land owner had a son and grand daughter who is minor. During land registration, is the owner and his son signature is enough or else his grand daughter also need to sign in document ??. Also I hav a doubt that- when that girl become major, do I get any legal problem regarding land.

I have taken premium membership of 3 reputed matrimonial site. Before taking a membership plan they offered me multiple discounts and assured me 100% service satisfaction but after that they don't pick up my call and reply. within months of their service we visit their office multiple time but every time they have given me several justification and handover my case to someone. Is there any other
way to teach them?

I have a false 498a case running against me, along with following additional cases -
1. DV
2. Crpc 125
I secured bail for 498a and also attended one of the hearings and then I resumed my job in abroad.
However in the meantime, my wife has contacted following -
1. My employer head office - asking them to fire me
2. My local HR - asking him to fire me
3. My immediate boss - asking him to fire me
4. Indian embassy in abroad where I work - asking them to deport me
5. Foreign country's embassy in New Delhi - asking them not to grant me visa
I have a copy of all these emails/letters she sent to them. In all of them, she clearly writes that "he is a criminal, please take action against such a criminal by firing him, by not granting him visa, by deporting him, or by not letting him to leave the country".
I have following questions. Appreciate if you can briefly provide your thoughts on each of them -
1. Please let me know if the above reasons are sufficient to file a defamation case on wife?
2. If yes, how will the proceedings go?
3. What are the chances that court will punish her even after so much oepn cruelty towards me? Because most of the time, women/wives are not punished and are forgiven by court. I dont want to chase this if court is not going to punish her at all.
4. I dont want to pull my boss/HR/employer into this. If I file defamation, will court involve them?
5. Most of the letters are in email format. How will court determine their authenticity?
I would be highly grateful for your advice.

Hi,
i am resident of hyderabad, recently telangana government passed GO to make 2 bhk houses for the eligible poor families/slums.
In my area, only my house is own/registered and rest all are occupied by slum dwellers.
Now Govt. is doing survey to give houses for the residents of the slum, i am being told that along with the others even our house will be demolished and govt. will proceed with the 2bhk scheme.
I have no objection if govt. creates home for the poor people, just that they should not break my house for giving house to them.
What do i need to do as precautionary steps?

In one flat 2 owners are there. out of those 2 owner second owner want to transfer his share to his brother. Then Gift Deed with rs. 500 stamp duty is correct? the property situated in mumbai.

My Query is..
I am the eldest son and two younger sisters. Our Father & Mother is deceased with NO will. And Property is in Mother's name.
First younger sister has ditched all family members and ran-away and got married to different cast. (10 yrs ago)
Second younger sister converted-to-Islam (1.5 yrs ago)
And, I am looking after this building. After parents, I have invested lot of time and money on this building and business runs in the same building. My career, My food and my shelter is all in this building.
Now, both sisters are claiming the property.
1. Is there any Justice for this?
2. On what rights they can claim this property?
3. Second younger sister converted-to-Islam has any legal right on her Hindu mother's property?

i have been cheated by my girlfriend from the begining of our relationship.she was already in a relation with a married person .i was cheated by her for 9 month,she was in relation with that married person from september 2014,and i came into relation with her in february 2015,she continued with both of us.in september 2015 i came to know about her relationship with that married person.
when i asked her why did you brought me into this when you are already in relationship,she replied me that her married boyfriend was ignoring her so in order to make him jealous and in frastration she came into relationship with me.all this thing now brought me into depression now i could not focus on my studies,because i deeply loved her,always loyal to her,all i did was i introduced her to my mom and sister before our break up,all i need now is to put her into jail,but i dont know the procedure. please help me...

My uncle are two co heir as owner , ie uncle and her sister .her sister sold undevided share without consent of co owner.Now purchaser is refused entry.what remedy .if resistence and physical fight qurrel happens , what will happen and if partition suit is filed by purchaser what will happen to the share sold ie.who will keeo produce.
