IN FINAL HEARING IN CAT I WANT THAT MY ADVOCATE SHOULD DO ORAL ARGUMENT BUT AT THE SAME TIME SHOULD SUBMIT WRITTEN ARGUMENTS TO JUDGE IS IT ALLOWED AS PER CAT RULES I ASKED MY ADVOCATE WHETHER HE CAN DO HE SAID IF HE SUBMITS WRITTEN NOTES OF ARGUMENT IN CAT THEN ORAL ARGUMENT IN FINAL ARGUMENT IS NOT ALLOWED WHAT THE LAW SAY,
SECONDLY LET ME KNOW IF DURING ORAL ARGUMENT IF MY ADVOCATES FAILED TO HIGHLIGHT SOME POINTS WRITTEN IN ORIGINAL O.A DOES THE DOUBLE BENCH READ THE WHOLE O.A BEFORE GIVING JUDGEMENT BECAUSE I AM OBSERVING IN CAT THOUGH THE JUDGE GIVE STRICT STRICTURES AGAINST GOVT OFFICIAL AND RESERVE THE JUDGEMENT BUT AFTER PRONOUNCEMENT OF JUDGEMENT AFTER FEW DAYS IT IS OBSERVED THE CASE IS GIVEN IN FAVOUR OF GOVT AND DISMISSIED AGAINST THE PETIONER WHAT IS THE ADVISE AND OPINION OF MY EXPERIENCE AND SOME REMEDY CAN BE TAKE SO THAT JUDGE DOES READ THE Whole O.A

I had purchased a plot last year for Home construction on Loan from nationalize Bank but somehow after one year i came to know that the plot comes under EWS category. Builder says that you can construct a house without building permission and there will be no legal action as the plot is having DIVERSION/ NOC from NAZUL and paying Land TAX for 1 year . Sir kindly suggest can i proceed for home construction, will there be any legal action from Nigam ? PLZ SUGGEST ASAP.

I FILED A WRIT IN HIGH COURT CHALLENGING THE D R T ORDERS IN GETTING TIME TO MAKE PAYMENT THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT GRANTED TIME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT THE PETITIONER MADE PART PAYMENT THE CASE WAS ADJOURNED SINCE SINCE THE RESPONDENT'S LAWYER WAS NOT PRESENT ON THE DAY OF HEARING NOW MY CLIENT HAS SENT A LETTER TO THE RESPONDENT TO CLEAR FULL PAYMENT& CLOSE THE H.L.A/C.TILL THEN CAN I ASK THE HIGH COURT FOR FURTHER STAY TILL THE MATTER SETTLES SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO FAILING WHICH THE RESPONDENT WILL LOCK THE HOUSE HOW TO SAVE MY CLIENT PLEASE SUGGEST SOME SOLUTION THSNKS........

Sir head office of firm is at Delhi. Residence of parties is at Delhi. Can sub registrar of J&K registered partnership deed if parties want to open a branch office in jammu.

To all experts,
My name is dipesh shah resident at: dhansura dist:arvalli state: gujarat pin-383310.Now i am currently living in society which was N.A clear.In this society after my house next plot is empty.In this plot owner of this plot build his many cattles.this cattles sewage"s smell direct go to my house.Owner also put dunghill/dump on this empty plot. It"s difficult to me for stay in my house.owner also cheeky persan.so pls give me advise to release all this matter...thanks lot

I applied fresh arm license in commission er of police after enquiry of my area police station SHO not recommend weapon due to lack of threat so now what can I do for possess of weapon is there any alternative process ..

I and my wife facing harassment from my brother and his wife my father executed a register will on my name after demises of my father my brother staying with me in same house sup pertly i have filed the eviction suit against my brother which pending in court and they have field the partition suit in court that is also pending mean while my brother and his wife harassing me and my wife taking the support of my brother wife cas every time giving complaint in station saying that we are abusing her with their cast sir i am very much worried about this what i have to do sir whether i can file private suit against them regarding this how i have to proceed with this sir please give suggestion for this.

Respected Sir / Madam,
Can a person holding irrevocable & registered Power of Attorney having all rights including sale of properties, having possession of the property & having paid full monetary consideration to all original owners;
Can he register a kharedikhat of the said property in his own name as Buyer by signing as Buyer as well as Seller of the property ? If yes , please provide some examples with Document Registration Numbers.
