Sir we have a 340sq mt land which is in join mutation of 3 brothers and 1 sister. 3 brothers have already constructed their flats jointly in about 210sq mt area and remaning portion the sister will construct. but now we want to sub division so that each of us get our occupancy area registered in our own names. how to proceed for this ? also how much set-back space has to be left from main road as our area comes under municipal? we are from port blair.
My grandfather bought a piece of land from a person before 25 years. That person had two sisters who filed a suit against us and the case is pending in high court. The case was first filed in district court where it was in favour of the two sisters. However the judge who gave the verdict was suspended for bribery after a few years and that came in newspaper also. Father of the two daughters died before 2 decades as well as those women also are no more. But the case is still continued by the children of them. Does women have right on such alienated property?? Is the suit filed by them valid?? If not can my grandfather file suit against them for causing trouble for 2decades due to which we had revenue loss and Sue them for an amount?? Thank you
We are 5 brothers i'm the last. We decided to make a pertition deed of a property in which me and the 4th brother are taking and the first three are taking another property side by. Now my doubt is that in the deed papers it is written that after making the partition deed the original papers will be with the 4th brother i will be having a dublicate one. So is there any deed to make further so that i too can have the original one because i was thinking of taking a home loan for construction.
Sir,
My father has expired. My father did not write any will for his property. My mother is paying tax for the property of my father, most of the property given to him by my grandfather. I have only one brother and no sisters. My mother says she is going to write will that she will give away almost everything of her share to my brother's children. Can you please tell me how much share of my father's property she can give away. Is there any way I can claim my grandfather given property be equally divided between me and my brother? What steps if any I could take to get a better share?
my wife filed DV case against me and my father and mother on Aug 2015. it doesn't start any thing as of now. we are going every hearing but my wife lawyer doesn't come any single day. in same DV case she filed children custody also but lower court gives only visitation rights.but my children are not interested to go with her monther.their ages 12 and 7 years. they are under my custody. for this lower court order i challenges in district court for stay against the lower court order. but in that 5 hearings my wife lawyer doesn't come in the court. it is only postpone as of now. I am staying bangalore. every month i go there and attended cases to Andhra pradesh. my query is
1. is there any legal section to start DV case because they wantedly to post pone the case.
2. How to approach to stay for my children custody petetion in district court because i don't have hope to start stay petetion in that court.
Please give suggestions on my above query.
Sir,
I belongs to SC category and working as Gr.II which is Group B non Gazetted post in the Central Govt.. In my department there is 142 post of Gr. I, which is to be filled 100% by promotion. In which 21 posts are reserved for SC category and 14 SCs were promoted and 7 vacant backlog posts are there.
Now the department has restructured the cadre and the post of Gr.I increased to (142+283) 425 posts. Recently the department has promoted 167 incumbents without maintaing any reservation roster and no SC incumbent has been promoted in that list. But in my view, now 49 posts be reserved for SCSs incumbents.
I requested my department to maintain the roster for SCSs & promote me against the post identified for SCs as per reservation roster. But my department rejected my request by commented that in the recruitment rules the post is filled by 'selection' not by non-selection so the reservation point could not granted.
Sir, please guide me is it right?

Hi,
What are the rules for Windmills for houses in NOIDA?
Hello
My company currently has independent contractors working for us in Mumbai. We are an international company and don't have a legal entity in India.
Next year we plan to rent an office so the contractors no longer have to work from home. I would like advice as to any tax or legal risks associated with providing an office location for our contractors. Is this possible or would this mean they would be considered employees, not contractors under India law?
Thank you for your help.
