Power of supreme court under Article 136 of constitution of

Respected experts...
While exercising powers under article 136 of constitution of India, Supreme court is empowered to grant leave to Special leave Petition against order of any court/tribunal if there is grave injustice has occurred or there any substantial question of law is involved and these powers can be exercised sparingly and exceptional cases and also these powers are discretionary and residual and not the appellate jurisdiction....
My query is that, while deciding SLP against an order of high court in second appeal to grant leave or not ,having no merits no substantial question of law Can supreme court direct any lower court instead of dismissing SLP ,to decide other pending litigation against lower court and then further listing the matter in Supreme Court???

Removal of managing committee

Respected Sir,

As I am staying in a co-operative society which is registered in Jan,2013. From the date of registration no any activities done by the committee as per law. No any accounts get passed in AGM. Two AGM held in the last 2 years and both are adjourned and no any decision is taken till date. Share certificates is ready but not issued to members. No any election application made even the dead line of Dec,14 is over.

My question is, its possible to remove / disqualify managing committee, even nearly 60% to 70% members are ready for that. What procedure we need to adopt for the same or what action we need to take to remove such managing committee.

Request you to give your valuable suggestions.

Official fraud by a senior employee

Respected Sir,
I just want to inquire that whether official financial frauds can be brought to the Court as a complaint. I am Agent in LIC.
Actually, my development officer in LIC, defrauded me by manipulating with some of my cases and loggin with another Agent of his team.
Now upon my complaint, LIC is favours only their employees not agents.
Kindly Advise: how can i bring this matter to court against that employee or LIC as a whole????
Pl advise.
