my name is gopi .My father worked as an mechanic in A.P.S.R.T.C(vijayawada)and expired during his job and the gratuity amount that we have to get from apsrtc is in pending due to lack of the nominee .so the office people are asking to bring the succesion certificate through court .how much stamp duty fee we have to pay for the Rs: 5,25,000/- in andhra pradesh .or is ther any chance to proceed my case in lok adalat get a quick judgment.. please help me how to proceed in getting a sucession cetificate ..

There was an dispute between me and the buyer of property while i sold my property.
He complained against me in police station that I sold him my property while home loan was pending against that property.
But anyhow, we settled the matter in police station and signed a compromise deed in front of SHO.
But later on he filed a case against me u/s 420 in court?
It that compromise valid for me to quash that case.

If any trustees in a private trusts willfully collects money for constructing school and after that the trust land gifted to third party and after police complaint if they reverse the gift deed will be a criminal case or not?

hello experts,
my wife filed ipc sec 354 on my father after leaving our house by self before 2 years.
along with sec. 498a and under dv act 3and4 on me my father and mother.
i filed rcr before 2 and half years and she filed maintanance crpc 125 after replying to rcr diplomatically.
she later filed application for compromise to rcr.
after that she filed all the above strong sections on us.
now me and my mother got anticipatory bail on 498a and dv 3&4.
my for my father, anticipatory bail plea over 354 is rejected twice.
3months over from the date of fir, police not yet submitted charge sheet.
how to safe gaurd our self in this situation.
please advise.

Based on trial court order, I paid maintenance. Now the order changed in sessions court and the maintenance reduced. How can I recover the paid maintenance?
Is there any law / section under which I can file recovery petition in the court to get back this money?
Court refused to settle the money against current outstanding and asked to file another separate petition to recover the over-paid money.
please advice.

Hi all,
Can you plz update me on the legality of mutual agreement over official e mail.
Can acceptance of each others clauses over official email bind both the parties in agreement???
Can either party be legally prosecuted for violation of the same???

Que: Co. is engaged with SWM ( solid waste management)contract with the Govt. municipal authority. Now some part/ areas where given on sub contract by the Main co & sub Cont. raise the bill bill to the Co.
Is sub contractor is also exempt from service tax liability as the Main Co. is exempted ( under Negative list).
If yes kindly update any case laws towords it.

In my village a group of people working in pady land along with Tractor fan for cleaning dust in paddy, while working one person hit by fan in running condition and injured seveiourly to his head, but now the person is in hospital in seveiour condition in hospital.since four days they didn't give any complaint in police station. And what they will do for getting claim from Tractor owner,and what sections they can file on tractor owner, please advise.
