would like to know if the supreme court judgement on parking issues in co-operative housing societies is applicable for societies formed in 1979? there are few members who claimed to have purchased stilt parking space from the developer by registering an agreement. is this valid? they are now demanding that they need unrestricted drive way leading to the stilt parking and no cars should be parked which would create inconvenience to them.

Lower court orsered tofather to pay the maintenance to his major son. Son studied eng. College final year now. Son entitled to maintenace

Sirs, yesterday I received a call from a head constable. He informed me that the FIR has been lodged under 498a,406,34,ipc.r/w3,4. He asked me visit police station vth all my family members for the statement. In this case they have added my brother who work in Saudi and was never met my wife in a person ever. They have also mentioned three more relative who does not had any domestic relations vth us n wife. They were only guest and sign on nikah nama on my request. Further this case has been registered after two years of separation. I have already submitted two applications to my local police station regarding threat n extortion by wife n in-laws. I have also mentioned that they will lodged false complaint against me n my family, applications were dated Aug n September 2015. Further, escalation was sent to PM,CHMO,CM,HM and police commissioner no action taken on my applications. My wife complaint is dated November 5, 2015, her belongings were sent through mover n pakers as per their demands and now they are delaying the receipt after two months. Where as I have all call records n invoice as a proof even the insurance was done before sending. I have never ever demanded dwry, my wife is LLM, they have lodged the case in lieu of non completion their demand of 5 lacks. Please help

Instead of constructing a septic tank inside their own plot/house as done by other residents in an unauthorised colony; they have constructed it on a public road. Delhi Jal Board are laying water connection pipelines in the colony but instead of breaking down the septic tank and blocking it by filling up earth they have inserted the water pipe through the septic tank. This was brought to the notice of the engineer of the contracting firm entrusted with the job of laying water pipes but he ignored the residents. It is feared that human waste may corrode the PVC water pipes and may seep into the pipes thus contaminating potable drinking water. Please advise.

I got my petition, for sending handwriting of defendant to check it with the handwriting in the suit document, a promissory note, allowed by the court. whether I shall remit fees for FSL before getting the sample handwriting of defendant or after getting it. Because if defendant is not willing to give his handwriting as per the specification by the fsl, the money remitted will be lost for me.

I got married 3 yrs. back and now with one child[1 yr.son].In view of mis- understanding with me, my wife left me along with child and now staying in her parents home for the past one year.Myself and with my parents went to her home to call her back to live with me but she refused to come back. Thus 3 times we went to her home to call her but again she refused. Finally she and her parents say that she will never come to live with me and plan to go for divorce. But they never say this plan clearly.I am software engineer and earning Rs.70,000/ per month.My parents and myself also want to get divorce from her by mutual consent divorce if they accept to do so and I wish to give the alimony totally once for all.Now my question is how much total amount I have to give to her based on my salary both for my wife and for child support once for all settlement.Please advice me what to do at this stage.Further, if my wife not accepted the mutual divorce and want to punish me.So I wish to live in relation with another girl pending getting divorce from my wife.I know this is illeagal and subject to police action.Now I say that my parents are old and I engage the said another girl as maid servant for cooking purpose for my parents and I live with my parents and live in relation with that girl. Please tell me whther this will be no proof for police action.

My friend has a flat in andheri, purchsed few months before and then gave on rent on 5nov.
Did registration for 11months but due to various demands by tenant gave him termination notice. Tenants few probs were sloved but his demands were never ending.(demands like servicing to water filter, need one center table, tv connection with cable etc)
Now he has stopped rent for nxt month and threatening my frnd that he wil go to court because he has been harrassed by the owner.
Can he do that?
What rights my frnd has after giving him notice by registered a.d?
