We have an intestate ancestral property. Unfortunately the deed is lost. To get a new legal document issued by the Tahsildar in collect-orate office, a joint heir-ship certificate application has already been filed. But due to the non availability of some of the dates, there is a delay.
In the mean time, one of the legal heirs Plans to arrange a 'Tribunal' and serve notice to all other legal heirs to jointly sign an affidavit so as to obtain a deed directly from the authorities?
My queries are:
Is such a procedure of 'Tribunal' valid?
Can such a tribunal enforce all the other legal heirs to accept his/her decision?
Can the 'Tribunal' ensure a decree bound by law that such a document once singed by all heirs ensures that all heirs have equal rights on the property and its belongings? OR can the person who is arranging the 'Tribunal' play tricks after getting the signatures from all legal heirs to his own favour.
I would appreciate an answer from the legal eyes.

With reference to my previous query I want to seek opinion as to if I can buy a stamp paper for lease rent agreement for my property at Gurgaon, from Delhi and get it signed and notarized in Delhi as I live in Delhi or I have to get everything done in Gurgaon?

Im booking a flat from a builder in 2012 and as per agreement he promise me to hand over my flat within one year and shortout clearance certificate from corporation i paid sum of Rs 1000000/- ten lac with some instalment flat value aprox 1635000/- till date CC not giving from corporation. Now builder aproch me to pay ur dues and register your flat at register office.
Its legally safe for me.pls advice me what to do your opnion is more valuable for me

MY grand father seeking occupancy rights by virtue of possession and enjoyment before the Special DC for Inam abolition.
Special DC registered as permanent tenant under section of 5 of INAM abolition act 1954 in feb 1965.
The occupancy rights got for the land are self acquirred.
please Clarify my mother ( his daughter) has rights over the properties?.

Sir I have applied for some kind of information through a rti dept replied well and give a demand letter of 52 thousand of 26 thousand pages. It is not easy to take such a large amount and pages. So can I request them to want that information in electronic form. Or can I moderate my application now .or as I have asked in 4 points so can deposits money of any two point of application which cost only 2 thousand. Or apply again and ask them in a specific term. Pls suggest me it is important for me.as I applied for certified copy but it is not necessary as I need information only.

I am a 23 year old student. Recantly undergone a kidney transplant surgery. I was preparing for UPSC civil services. But according to there gazzette of India.Extraordinary Civil Services. I am declared unfit. Organ transplant candidates are considered unfit. Though my reports are normal. Can I move to court regarding this issue. (1) As I am not considered disabled but unfit both at same time. Acc to medical fitness report by my doctor - I am able to discharge my duties. (2) I am not asking for reservation , asking for opportunity (Right to equal opportunity ) (3) In that gazzette at one place , it is mentioned that if disease is curable by surgical means, they will be considered fit.( but they dont specify kidney disease in that list) (4) In a landmark judgement , Bombay high court said - "if ailment is curable, you cant be denied job". and luckily this was a case of kidney transplant patient. (5) Its a non technical service, if it applies to all other services then I am eligible for nothing. It is against social justice and my right to live with dignity. please help thanks all

On 20th sep 2015 i asked a man to give his shop on rent. He agreed on it next day and on 23rd me and dad gave him 50k without any paper work. I asked him to give me key on 24 oct but on 24th he said i will giv yu key after 14 nov.
Now i came to know he gave that shop to other person.
Now he rufuse me to give shop can i sue him.
If i can sue him then on what basis i can sue him.....?

is there any time limitation for nullity of marriage.
the party is already married before that marriage but no evidence and based on memorundum of understanding can we do null and void
