My name is dipesh shah resident at: dhansura dist:arvalli state: gujarat pin-383310.Now i am currently living in society which was N.A clear.In this society after my house next plot is empty.In this plot owner of this plot build his many cattles.this cattles sewage"s smell direct go to my house.Owner also put dunghill/dump on this empty plot. It"s difficult to me for stay in my house.owner also cheeky persan.so pls give me advise to release all this matter...thanks lot

I applied fresh arm license in commission er of police after enquiry of my area police station SHO not recommend weapon due to lack of threat so now what can I do for possess of weapon is there any alternative process ..

False complaint of sc/st

Dear sir

I and my wife facing harassment from my brother and his wife my father executed a register will on my name after demises of my father my brother staying with me in same house sup pertly i have filed the eviction suit against my brother which pending in court and they have field the partition suit in court that is also pending mean while my brother and his wife harassing me and my wife taking the support of my brother wife cas every time giving complaint in station saying that we are abusing her with their cast sir i am very much worried about this what i have to do sir whether i can file private suit against them regarding this how i have to proceed with this sir please give suggestion for this.

Legality of registered kharedikhat

Respected Sir / Madam,
Can a person holding irrevocable & registered Power of Attorney having all rights including sale of properties, having possession of the property & having paid full monetary consideration to all original owners;
Can he register a kharedikhat of the said property in his own name as Buyer by signing as Buyer as well as Seller of the property ? If yes , please provide some examples with Document Registration Numbers.

Nullification of marriage

is there any time limitation for nullity of marriage.
the party is already married before that marriage but no evidence and based on memorundum of understanding can we do null and void

Intestate property

We have an intestate ancestral property. Unfortunately the deed is lost. To get a new legal document issued by the Tahsildar in collect-orate office, a joint heir-ship certificate application has already been filed. But due to the non availability of some of the dates, there is a delay.

In the mean time, one of the legal heirs Plans to arrange a 'Tribunal' and serve notice to all other legal heirs to jointly sign an affidavit so as to obtain a deed directly from the authorities?
My queries are:
Is such a procedure of 'Tribunal' valid?

Can such a tribunal enforce all the other legal heirs to accept his/her decision?

Can the 'Tribunal' ensure a decree bound by law that such a document once singed by all heirs ensures that all heirs have equal rights on the property and its belongings? OR can the person who is arranging the 'Tribunal' play tricks after getting the signatures from all legal heirs to his own favour.
I would appreciate an answer from the legal eyes.

Issue of stamp paper for lease rent agreement

With reference to my previous query I want to seek opinion as to if I can buy a stamp paper for lease rent agreement for my property at Gurgaon, from Delhi and get it signed and notarized in Delhi as I live in Delhi or I have to get everything done in Gurgaon?
